Good as transit hotel

Pros: Free breakfast and parking. Cleanliness of rooms
Cons: Bigger pool.
Good for visiting Space Centre just a few minutes drive or for stopover before or after cruise at Galveston. Good Tex Mex bar & restaurant behind hotel and Red Lobster restaurant over the road. Room very clean. Pool very small.

Cars got broken into ..staff didn't care

Bad bad bad staff didn't help at all and people cars got broken into and staff was no help

For a Best Western I was disappointed

Pros: It was nearby where I needed to be for work
Cons: Update the rooms, fix the rooms so there aren't gobs of patching. The carpet just looks dirty and dusty. I assume it's very old.
The rooms are VERY dated and not in good condition. My co worker found a couple roaches in his room on the shower curtain when he went to shower. The fitness room AC didn't work and felt about 85. The equipment didn't work well either. I won't stay here again.

We loved that everything was close by great location!! Only problem we had was that it had some roaches in our room the first night but other than that its a great place

Webster - space center

Front desk did an amazing job. Chalani and Ike were great. The only complainy my husband had is they close down the breakfast too early during the week.

Waited 30 minutes in lobby to check in. Hotel clerk was not there. Tv and phone did not work

Best Western Disapointment

XWe were disappointed in this Best Western. It was not up to the standard we expect. The room was small and the bathroom not private. The good in this stay was the lady overseeing the breakfast was one of the few that watched to wipe tables when people were done eating and the food was prepared as expected.

It was horrible. We did not get to stay here because they cancelled our reservation. Once we got there, they said they were all booked. Hotels.com was trying to reach them to go over this issue, and no one, I repeat no one, was at the front lobby answering the phone.
