Convenient to cruise port

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and nice...especially the young man that checked us in at night. Will definately stay here again.

Easy comfort on the Gulf Fwy

Check-in was quick, the grounds and lobby were fresh, clean and inviting. The room smelled a little stale, possibly from the air-conditioning, but it was comfortable with a kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and we did not hear neighbors. The area around the hotel has many places to eat and shop. Access from the Gulf Fwy was easy.

Room cleaned every 7 days

It was terrible. Room smelled old and musty. You had to take your dirty towels downstairs to get new ones because "they only clean rooms every 7 days" per the front desk. The beds were ever so small had to sleep on floor since only one person fit. No continental breakfast. Keys had to be reset because apparently you can't put them in your wallet/purse near credit cards because it will deactivate them. Kids were running upstairs at 1am and no one told them anything. Only good thing was free laundry that's it.
