Everything was good but policy was bad. I check in at 3 pm check out at 10 pm same day. As my flight change. But they didn’t offer any credit back. They took full day charge

No room available

Posted Jan 16, 2018
Pros: Nothing
Cons: More sympathetic
When we got to the hotel the gentleman behind the counter said they didn't have a room for us. Because we have a licensed therapy dog. We had to find something else. Even though we have a card that said he was licensed.

1/2 block down

Posted Dec 28, 2017
Stayed here so I can be close to family over the holidays. Never again. No staff members around. Carpet stained through out the room. Yellow substance in bathroom. Mildew in tub. Moved 1/2 block down to another hotel for just a few $$ more. Best move I’ve ever made.

Good for 1 night, not extended stay.

Posted Dec 5, 2017
Pros: Clean. Room was small but the layout worked.
Cons: Put some sort of utensils in the kitchen or why bother? Grab and Go is a huge joke. I would NEVER stay more than 1 night without a real breakfast.
Facility is nice looking and grounds kept on the exterior. Approaching the night staff everything seemed OK still. They were awful. A guest was trying to pick up the girl behind the desk. She appeared more interested in whatever was happening on the computer than helping me check in. She called for a back up as she didn't seem to have a clue what to do. The back up got me checked in but let's just say neither will ever win the MS Congeniality contest. Since my room # began with a 3 I assumed it was on the 3rd floor. The only directions to my room they could find were "just take the elevator to the top". I was hoping for something a little more directional! Once on the 3rd floor I found absolutely no signage indicating what direction my room would be in so I had to hunt for it. Found the room and was pleased everything was neat and clean. I was looking for a glass or cup in the kitchen (wouldn't that be normal in an extended stay hotel chain???) but there wasn't the first knife fork spoon glass pot or pan to be found. I was confused why they bothered with putting in a dishwasher and 2 burner stove LOL. The room was fine other than the AC unit under the window and by the bed short cycled every 30 seconds or so and made it harder to sleep. The Grab and Go breakfast is just that: grab this TINY oatmeal bar (there were only 6 in the bin) and run. There was coffee too. None in the room though. The girl who helped me check out that morning was GREAT! Very friendly without overdoing.

Greg, thank you for taking the time to post your review. We are happy to know you were pleased with the cleanliness of your suite and had an overall comfortable time with us. However, we are sorry for the issues you experienced and have shared your concerns with our entire staff in an effort to be more diligent going ahead. Also, to ensure cleanliness of kitchenware upon check-in, brand standards require us to make these items available at the front desk rather than leaving them in the suites. We hope to have another chance so we can make your next trip an exceptional one. Sincerely, Hotel Management

Noisy, No Breakfast, Broke My Toe!!

Posted Dec 2, 2017
Pros: Wrongly, the price - but has cost me 2x as much, and probably 5x as much, due to doctor's bills
Cons: Replace the 3-feet deep dressers which stick far into the room with shorter ones, or put padding around the corners of them.
I checked in November 30, 2017, and the person next to my room 218 was playing loud rap music. I requested another room, and that one smelled, as if someone smoked for a month and they tried disinfecting it. I requested a third room, and this was on the street side, with car noise. I went back to the desk and they said for what I booked those were my only options. I went back to room 218. At exactly 6 a.m. two people with Harley motorcycles right underneath my window started them, and ran them for 15 minutes I looked out and saw one person walking back toward the hotel, so thought I'd look out in the hall to see if I saw him. I didn't. But when I turned around to walk back to bed, a dresser sticks out about 3 feet into the room, and the middle toe on my right foot hit it, and broke in HALF!! Massive pain! I had it x-rayed the next day, and the doctor said the top half my toe completely separated from the bottom half! My toe was at about a 30° angle. I went to the desk and got some duct tape to tape my toe to the others. I examined the dresser, and the drawers are only about 2 feet deep, so there is an extra food that this sticks out for no reason other than to break your toe. I asked if they had a business center, computer I could use, and no. The breakfast they call "grab and go," which means a granola bar or two. There are four new hotels across a side street east of this - stay in one of those, instead My toe is still in pain. No reason to stay here.

Better for Single Person for Extended Stay

Posted Nov 28, 2017
Pros: Friendly staff. Quiet.
Cons: See "Experience" abpve.
The hotel was OK. Smaller room than I thought. TV gave very poor reception. Bathroom door didn't close tight or be locked. Not very comfortable for 2 people staying 5 nights. Hotel staff was very nice and professional, especially Krista. Hotel was clean and quiet. There were only 2 Handicap Parking Places and neither was ever available. One was taken up by a Chevy Truck that didn't show any Handicap plate or sign,
