Close to NASA Space Centre

Pros: The location, the free parking and WIFI, the pleasant staff, the really comfortable bed, plenty of towels.
Cons: Take more time introducing the hotel and the facilities to new clients.
Location: The NASA SPACE CENTRE
The hotel is in such an excellent location for the Space Centre that we could overlook the disadvantages. The room was noisey with a loud fridge and air conditioning unit. It wasn’t until we were leaving that we found out we could ask for a lot of facilities, e.g. hair dryer, coffee maker, cups, spoons etc. Perhaps when new residents arrive a little more time could be used going through the leaflet given with the door key. Sadly we could hear the person in the next room snoring!

However, we apologize for not explaining our policy to you on your arrival and the noise issue you had in your room. Being an extended stay property our guests often bring their bath amenities, but hair dryers and other articles are available at the front desk. To ensure cleanliness of kitchenware brand standards requires us to make dishware available at the front desk. Your feedback is also shared with our engineering team to check the machines and make the necessary repairs. Pros: Very clean. Very quiet. Very comfortable
Cons: Needed an accessible room for my husband and requested one. Would like a hairdryer in room. Only had one small bottle of shampoo. No conditioner
Nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable especially for the price. I wish there was a hair dryer and more shampoo and conditioner. I did request an accessible room because my husband is disable when I reserved the room but was unable to get one. I wish there was a way to be informed that there is not one available during online reservation. That's why I gave it 4 stars

Everything was fine. The receptionist at the. Ck in and Ck out was outstanding. Very professional , respectful, courteous and friendly. Ennjoyable overnight stay. Plenty parking.

The location is great, cafeteria & large pharmacy next door, NASA across the street. Staff is attentive, tho problems take a while to solve. The mattresses are very hard & the pillows too soft. The hotel offers neither padding for the mattress nor firmer pillows. There is also a problem getting enough hot water for bathing after 10 p.m. They do allow pets, which is very important to me. They are strict about the no-smoking and handicap parking. I walk a dog at odd hours & appreciate the well-lit parking lots & grassy areas. I do feel safe. I'm not an experienced traveler, and cannot compare this with other places.

Dirty and scary

When I went to my room someone had already slept in my bed . The hotel smelled and was extremley dirty. We had 2 rooms and just left the hotel was not safe.

Not a pleasant stay

Unhelpful staff. Room noisy. No hot water or very little. Breakfast not on time and poorly supplied.

Floors in room were sticky. There was an awful smell in the hallway. Other guests were sitting their bagged trash in the carpeted hallway. The trash was there when we arrived at 3pm. It was still there at 10pm that night.

Nasty water backed up in the kitchenette sink from other rooms with people's food. Nasty sewer water backed up in the bathroom sink onto the floor.

No coffee 2 days...
