It's ok

The location is odd, the back hidden. The lady at front dest was rude to checkin. The room was clean but there were dents on the walls and a light fixture in the restroom was all bad. I requested extra towels and they made me go down stars to get them myself. The ice machine on our floor, 4th, was broken too.The pool was very small!

Nice hotel close to shopping

A short drive from NASA. A short drive from many shopping centers and malls.

Don't use the laundry

If a service is provided then maintain it! Each floor has 2 washers and 2 dryers at $1.50 each. Awesome! However they were dirty and smelly. Obviously never maintained. During a busy weekend all the trash cans were over flowing all weekend and the pool at 11am still dirty and a complete mess each day from night before. If you are going to put a 9pm closing time on pool then don't let people party all night at the pool. We paid $190 a night so would be nice for holiday express to adequately staffed the hotel. Everyone was working as hard as they could. The rooms were clean and the maids were always accommodating every day.

great stay!

They accommodated my request for early check in due to my travel schedule, complimentary breakfast and drinks at happy hour. Hung out at the pool for several hours early evening and enjoyed wine and beer all provided free by the hotel. Fitness room too with TV. Nice rooms too!

Overall pretty good

The room was a good size, very comfortable beds. The bathroom needed a bit more attention from the cleaning crew but over it was a good stay.

Hotel fine as long as you're off the first floor

The hotel was fine, but they put me on the first floor across from the conference rooms. The tile floor in the hall made it so that I heard every footstep down the corridor. There's also a good bit of local construction going on right now, so mornings weren't exactly quiet.

Pros: We liked everything about it. Great location!
Location: Location is great and nearby up scale shops and restaurants,
This is a very nice motel. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Perfect point to stop before heading to port . Galveston. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy to get to and from highway.
