AccommodatingPosted Jun 24, 2017 on Hotels
We came there after a cruise. We were worried about arriving early and if they could store our luggage because we wanted to go see NASA. Amber at the desk told us two of rooms were ready and she could check us in early. By the time we unloaded all our luggage she said she had the third room ready. There are restraunts within walking distance. We did enjoy a little time in the pool area that night. The next day we realized our shuttle would not be there before check out time. She extended our time in our rooms until they arrived. There was some renovations going on but our rooms were nice and I dont think any other hotels would have done that for us because there were so many of us.

We came in from a cruise and had lots of luggage with us and they allowed us to check in early. We were very pleased with the room and cleanliness. Amber at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We visited NASA which was 3 miles away.(we took a Lyft car for $8.) The next day our flight time was later in the day and they allowed us a late check out without a fee. They are remodeling this hotel and we got a new beautiful room. Even during construction everything was available. The pool, breakfast, laundry. We would definitely recommend this place and will be staying here again when we are in the area.

DO NOT STAY HEREPosted Jun 5, 2017 on Hotels
As we arrived at the location to check in, we were informed that our room was not avaialible because it failed inspection due to their remodel. we were NOT contacted prior to our arrival and informed of this. they did however transfer our reservation to another, almost similar hotel and offered to pay for our first night. since I paid in advance, I was told a refund would be credited to my card. Now it's 3 weeks later, NO refund, the GM will not reply to my emails and everytime I call she is conveniently "Out of the Office". I have left messages and no return call yet either. Don't bother staying here because they will screw you if they get the chance.

Big dipperPosted May 3, 2017 on Hotels
The hotel is being renovated, which I knew when I made reservation. It was the weekend, so crew was off. The staff was very friendly. The food selection good. Our room has hints of being in the transformation process, tile job, paint but was very clean. The problem was with the bed. There was a dip in the middle of our king bed. I slept on "my side" and was okay. The hubs tends to migrate and wound up in the dip. He slept poorly. If we had noticed before the middle of the night, we would have asked for another room.
Best breakfast!Posted Apr 19, 2017 on Hotels
We stayed one night, and were very happy to have paid about $100 for this stay. The room was large, the pool area was nice and had a hot tub. The breakfast was fantastic! Hot food included bacon, eggs, and waffles. There was also three types of juice, fresh cut fruit, cottage cheese, yogurt and well made hot coffee. The room even included a microwave popcorn to enjoy as a late night snack. While they are continuing with renovations, it was a top notch stay, which we would gladly visit again.
