We make medical trip to md anderson .this is ou second stay at mainstay .very pleased with all ..only downfall was the bed was a little uncomfortable but i always sleep better in my own bed ..

Excellent Motel with great breakfast

We had an enjoyable 3 night stay in very cold weather in a comfortable room whose air conditioning was able to provide excellent heating. Breakfast was very good and staff were excellent.

Super cramped with uncomfortable beds

Cramped, uncomfortable, no shower caps. My disabled son fell because of the cramped space. They also informed me at check in there would be a 150.00 deposit in addition to the rate. I was told that it would be refunded the next day. Upon checkout I was told it would be 3-10 business days before I would get my deposit back. The beds were just awful, uncomfortable.The room was very sparsely stocked. Most staff were unfriendly and indifferent to us. Worst hotel stay ever!

Stay Away

Chose this hotel on distance to/from event and pictures online. Room smelled like smoke and hideaway bed had urine and blood stain. When attempt made to report to manager upon checkout, was told she was to busy doing payroll to talk to me. I informed the clerk as to why I wanted to speak to her and he said she would call me. I have yet to hear from anyone from the hotel. I have left VM with no call back
