I arrived at the hotel around 10:30 - 1st room tv and internet was not working (front desk was apparently aware of this because the previous guest had the same issue) moved to another room 2nd room smelt of smoke SO BADLY I took 2 steps and requested a NON smoking room - sent to ANOTHER room that still stunk but I sprayed perfume everywhere so I could work and then sleep. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. I feel as if I shouldn’t have been charged for my stay or at least given a deep discount.

There was no side entry to go with the side parking. Still had to walk around entire building. The only other issue was I was told the indoor pool was heated. That was actually the reason we picked this hotel over all other options. The pool, nor pool area was heated at all. The new owners told me they have that in their plans for maybe in the next 2 years. Very frustrating that the current staff didn't say that. Other than that, the staff, hotel & food were good

This is a very nice and clean hotel with beautiful decor. Rooms are spacious with the primary amenities. Self served breakfast is available with hot and cold items and drinks. The only con upon my stay was the elevator went out, room ac continued to run when turned off and there wasn't any drawers for clothes. Manager and staff needs to be more professional and welcoming.

Not worth it
Toilet stained and running water due to bad flapper. Toilet handle was rusting and turning green. Tub had a red stain and tub drain was broken so you couldn't fill up bath tub. Breakfast was good. Night front desk was nice when i checked in. When checking out wasn't asked how my stay was, just what room and thank you.

Last minute stay due to previous reservation somewhere else nightmare. But we felt comfortable and safe here and very nice employees all around. We would stay here again.

SFA Weekend
Upon arriving at the hotel we did run into an issue with the room that was booked for our accommodation. After we address this issue with the Front Desk person (Patricia), she immediately resolved our issues by upgrading our room with no additional charges. We only had the room for one night but due to having to reserve the room for another night, Ciara was able to block the same room, allowing us to remain in the same room without moving to another one, and for that, we thank her for that quick response.

Room was very clean when I checked in. And front desk seemed very fiendly..But air conditioner did not work, stayed two nights and house keeping never came. Had to ask for clean towels on second day. And they never came to fix air so they had to give us a dirty box fan to use. They did reimburse us some of our payment for the trouble...

Comfort Suites was a pleasant stay. I had a few minor concerns, The back door didn’t lock at all so just anybody could get into the building and staff wouldn’t know unless they are watching the cameras. We stayed in room 134 and the showers were cold. The outlet for the hair dryer in the bathroom didn’t work and the staff was short handed so when I asked for clean towels they only had a few clean towels but not enough for my family of 4 people. The hotel was very clean, which is a huge plus for me and the staff was so pleasant and that made up for the minor issues in my opinion. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted to stay in a clean, decent hotel that is affordable.

I was charged for a first class experience and when I came in room the shower was covered in hair mold dirt and there was blood on shower handle. I was really upsett as this was a room for the disabled and the water leaked all night. When leaving the door would not lock it was left wide open . It would NOT SHUT PERIOD. 210 FOR A DIRTY SHOWER AND A UNLOCKED DOOR. THIS WAS A MINUS ZERO EXPERIENCE. I HAD JUST LEFT THE PREVIOUS MONDAY FROM HERE AND IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIANCE., TO THIS. WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE EVER

Disappointed stay
Room was in process of being cleaned. Lady didn’t finish. Floors were filthy. No bedding provided for sleeper sofa. We had to call for it. What we got was a mattress cover, 2 pillows , set of sheets. The fitted was all torn an no blanket , after we specifically asked for one. Coffee maker didn’t work either. Mirror was gross in the bathroom.
