Nice hotel

Hotel was very nice and clean.workers were also very friendly breakfast was so good We ate enough.front desk let us check in early.

Not a 4.5 star hotel

Hotel was not in very good shape! Our room had cracked floors in bathroom and toilet ran constant. Staff was friendly ! Beds were not comfortable!

I am sorry you do not like our new beds most do but I guess they are not for everyone. We got them in January. We are working on bathroom renovations but they are only a few at a time. The guest rooms where redone in 2013 but not the bathrooms so we are doing those a few at time now. I am sorry if you called about the toilet running and someone did not come right away to fix it. We normally do try and take care of those things quickly if we did not get to it in advance. Again, I am sorry we did not met your expectations.

Best night sleep ever

Cons: The elevator was slow.
Location: Not hard to find it was right off the freeway.
The room was nice and spacious beautifully decorated and the bed was phenomenal I got the best night sleep. The breakfast was awesome, couldn't have gotten a better one at Ihop.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable and clean. Staff friendly. The bathroom was clean but needed some attention. The walls were cracked on the base boards and the toilet did not flush well. The AC ran pretty loudly. The cinnamon rolls were awesome!

Really nice stay

The room was immaculate and had a fresh smell. The beds and pillows were awesome. I would totally recommend this to anyone

Cons: staff attention to the entire room detail.
the microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker were all unplugged as well as a light. Its a pain to have to do what the staff should have done.

I am sorry to hear you experienced a problem with your room. I did not hear about this during our stay. I assure you this is not a normal occurrence. I will speak to our housekeeping staff about this. I wish I had know about when you were here so I had the room number so I could have addressed the specific person who would have been responsible the day of check in.
