fast internet wifi. a bit of a walk from train sttaion, but near restos and pharmacy, etc..

Very disappointed!!!

The room was very disappointing. There were stains on the carpet, a lot of marks/stains on the walls, the bathroom sink was cracked, the bathroom vent constantly smelt of smoke (non-smoking room). The breakfast was limited and cold and nothing fresh. The air-conditioner did not work (even at 30 degrees Celsius) the room was cold. After speaking to the manager his only response was that "the hotel was built in 1993".

Convenient

Reasonable modern hotel walkable from the station expensive but then it met a need Good view from top floor breakfast room

Hotel & room are a bit dated but good value. The city is not the most exciting in Japan & not much to see. I won't be back.

Fine but nothing special

Stayed 1 night, just needed somewhere to sleep in Nagano. It's about 10-15 min walk from JR station, can take bus/taxi if you have heavy bags. Hotel clean, staff lovely. Room tiny (similar to business hotels that cost half as much). Place could do with updating, not enough outlets in room (1 with a splitter). Would stay again if couldn't find somewhere nearer station for less.

Close to train station!

Pros: Staff were excellent and very efficient.
Cons: Slightly larger rooms, but probably not possible.
Location: Snow monkeys!! and skiing
Only needed an overnight stay and a bed. It was comfortable and clean.

Don't expect much English, brush up on Japanese

Good Hotel for a budget price. Small rooms but very clean and breakfast upstairs is worth a visit for both the food variety and views.
