"This Ryokan was absolutely perfect. Train station literally across the street. Quiet area and the property itself was spectacular. Rooms were spacious, food was delicious. Also, onsen near the lake was peaceful. I would highly recommend staying here."

"夫婦＋小さい子供2人の4人での宿泊でしたが、夜、朝ご飯共に子供にも配慮してくださった食事を提供いただいたり、時間の変更にも対応してくださったり、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。5歳の子も楽しんでくれたようで、次はもう少し早く来ようねと、再訪をを希望しておりました。
建物は確かに古いですが、それが温泉旅館、的なところもありますし、水回りもそこまで気になりませんでした。時間の関係で今回は露天風呂に入らなかったので、次はそちらも楽しめたら良いなと思いました。

"禁煙室のはずなのに強烈なタバコ臭さ、消臭スプレーも無意味でした。また、夜中中隣人のシャワーの音でも無いトイレの音でも無い、ポコポコ、グリュグリュとか奇妙な音が、かなりの音量で浴室とベッドの間から聞こえて来て一睡も出来ず。
ただ、スタッフの方、お掃除の方、食事の担当の方の
対応が良かったので苦情も言わずにチックアウトしました。
