Convenient location

Pros: Cheerful and cordial staff. Good size room. Very clean.
Cons: Provide only one pillow per bed. However, this seems to be a standard practice among hotels in Okinawa.
Location: Opposite car rental firms, T Galleria and Main Place. Walking distance to Museum. 20 minute walk to Kokusai Dori.
Just stayed one night. Convenient location: opposite car rental firms, T Galleria and Main Place. Walking distance to Museum.

downtown business hotel

Pros: downtown, convenient, nearby facilities good breakfast, restaurant on level 18, one can have a nice panorama view of the city
Location: near shopping facilities (naha main place / t-galleria) and monorail station (omoromachi).
convenient downtown location, there a number of biz hotel nearby though we like the Daiwa Roynet chain comparatively at that price range - reasonably size room, nice breakfast

Nice hotel at convenient location

Pros: Location
Cons: Parking rate for hotel guess is a little pricy at 1000 yen.
Location: Very near Galleria, Naha Main Place, Tsutaya, Lawson and many restaurants.
The hotel is conveniently located at shopping area and near the monorail. Room is basic, clean and comfortable. Big mall, shops and restaurants are only few minutes away from the hotel. We had a good stay here, good value for money.

Excellent stay!

Very clean quality room and toilet. Convenient location with Lawson store below and Naha Main Place shopping mall/supermarket opposite. Near monorail station. Surprised with some welcome gifts upon check in. Polite staffs. Will stay again.

Very good

The service was great, staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast is on the 18th floor, which allows you to have a good view of the city. The only minor thing was that the location is slightly further than expected. However it is easy to spot the hotel from monorail station. Therefore overall I am satisfied with my stay.

nice room condition with foot massage machine. it can get rid of your tiredness during travling. I was sending requestions by email before reaching to a hotel, however hotel haven't answering at all by email. it made me a bit annoying and worring. I wonder why hotel couldn't reply anything by email?? If they give proper answer on time, hotel points can be much higer. Except this, Location, amenities and room condition are all satisfied.

City Centre Hotel

Pros: location
Cons: Cleanliness Most of the staffs can only handle basic check-in/out queries. Only limited staffs can handle further enquiries like many JP hotels
Location: Excellent Location Near main city centre shopping centre, Naha place
Excellent location, near by main shopping centre and mono-rail station Cleanliness of the washroom is a bit disappointing, hairs and dirts still found after daily clean up

Room is good, but cleaning need to be improved.

It's roomy and comfortable. Convenient location. However, bathroom is a bit dirty, some obvious stains here and there. (see photos). There was unpleasant smell from the toilet bowl, too. Cleaning of bedding needs to be more careful, because I found that my daughter's hairs left on the bed were still there after cleaning, covering by the quilt!!!
