The room was very small and twin beds joined together. No drawers to put your clothes and bathroom had very little counter space. The staff are excellent and extremely helpful. They provide extremely great service that makes Up for the small room that require the two of us to live out of our suitcase for two weeks. Loved the fact the hotel had laundry facilities.

The hotel location was not too convenient, room was tiny, internet was not free, the condition was normal, however the room had a weird smell and it was too dark. I stayed for 3 nights, but I have never got my bottles of water refilled. The only good thing was that hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

You're told the hotel has all of these amenities, including a pool. But you have to pay for a swim cap in order to use the pool, we booked a non-smoking room that smelled like a smoking room and there was hair in the shower. Definitely did not live up to what was expected from a Crown Plaza hotel. On top of that we asked the staff for restaurant recommendations and they could only recommend what was in the hotel. We later found out there was an entire strip of restaurants right beside the hotel. I would never stay here again, and would never recommend staying here to anyone I know.

Staff...very friendly. One bed room was a small room. I would stay again, but choose a bigger room.

room in unacceptable condition

there was a small parking lot right next to the hotel parking lot that was almost half the price to park overnight, but the staff at check-in made it sound like other parking lots are more expensive. obviously not very honest! the bed frame in our room was peeling off and in terrible condition, very uncomfortable to sleep especially when it is directly above your head! we were forced to accept the room as is since the staff claimed the hotel was fully booked and no other rooms were available. they did not even offer any type of compensation. i believe wifi is also not included with the room charge. definitely would not consider staying at this hotel again.

Convenient and nice, avoid cheap room

Pros: Location, breakfast, coin laundry
Cons: knowledge of staff in local things to do.
Hotel was nice. The first room was painfully small, not even room to open a suitcase or store one. No chair to sit in...and walking around the bed was impossible. We upgraded the room for a small amount and were MUCH more comfortable. The concierge services were worthless as staff knew nothing about local options other than reading from promotional tour brochures. The coin laundry was convenient and available at most times

Excellent service, rooms, breakfast, and location.

Excellent front desk service, rooms were also excellent, quiet, comfortable, and breakfast was very, very good. Good local Okinawa selections as well as standard Western and Japanese food. Location was also superb, right next to a monorail stop connecting to the airport in less than 15 minutes! Parking was also very good and hospitality couldn't be better!
