From the moment I checked in with Natalie, our 4 days were superb! Natalie was so friendly and explained the property and amenities (our first time there). Even though I researched the property, and am originally from close to Boston, it was the 4th of July weekend, and there was Sooo much going on. Head concierge Nathan provided lots of tips about the best places to see certain events. So helpful. Our room was beautiful and well appointed. I miss the days of the shower cap, sewing kit, slippers, robes, etc. and they provided all that. The bed was extremely comfortable and the housekeeping staff wonderful. We go to Boston a few times a year and will be looking forward to returning here. Fabulous location!

This was a very clean and well-looked after property, and the staff went out of their way to check everything was in order.

The location couldn’t have been more perfect and despite it being a holiday weekend the parking lot/BNB never felt crowded. Everyone we encountered was lovely and helpful, and the room was a perfect place to take a midday nap or unwind after hours on the beach! We would definitely stay again.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at The Newbury Boston! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the perfect hotel. We were greeted by Andrew at check-in, and he couldn’t have been more welcoming or accommodating. We arrived extremely early after a red-eye flight, fully expecting to wait for our room. Instead, Andrew went above and beyond to find us a room that morning so we could rest, and then the next day he even arranged to move us to an even better room with a spectacular view. His kindness and exceptional service truly set the tone for our entire stay. I could write a book about all the reasons this hotel is outstanding. Every detail is top-notch, from the incredible staff and impeccable service to the beautiful rooms, amazing amenities, unbeatable location, and breathtaking views. Everywhere you turn, you can tell they genuinely care about providing a first-class experience. If you’re considering staying here, do yourself a favor and book it. I can honestly say you won’t regret it. It was worth every penny, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly, highly recommend!
