ok hotel in city centre

Pros: Service was excellent, though sometimes a little over the top. Close to most things in the city
Cons: Disappointed that both the pool and the gym were undergoing renovations for an indeterminate time. Check current status If these are important for you
Bed cover was a single very thick duvet/doona meaning you either had to use it and turn the aircon way up high, or not use it at all and wake up cold in the early morning. We never quite got the right balance. Several thinner layers would be better.

The location is subjective depending on what you want to do in Nairobi, the hotel is what you would expect from BW, clean well maintained and good facilities, extremely friendly staff. Would recommend.

Easy to find public transport

Superb service but the rooms are small. Decent hotel. Pool table need to be fixed and quit charging 200 Kenya Shillings per game from the hotel guests(resident's)

Front staff awesome but Air Conditioning needs to be fixed. That's was main issue which I faced. The restaurant manager, Julius, made sure that we were comfortable

Nice hotel in downtown

Great service. The front office and restaurant people arecexceptionally awesome! Didn't understand as to why the hotel was charging 200 Shillings for pool game when the table wasn't fixed. For such a hotel like this, pool table should be free for the guests. Otherwise, the management fix the table

The young team is fantastic with genuine smile. We were served welcome drink which is a fine gesture. The breakfast is quite delicious.
