"We booked another night here at the end of our Oman cycle trip and it was excellent again. Great room with super comfy bed, all really clean - and quiet too. We had another really good meal in the hotel restaurant - highly recommended. I had paneer curry and my husband had seafood pad Thai. Fantastic! The chef is really good and Momodau who served us was super friendly and helpful. I'd recommend the breakfast too. A great place to stay if visiting Muscat with the friendliest staff ever 😁"

"The hotel room was beautiful. Very spacious and modern. The shower area is very nice - glass doors are a lovely touch, again, very modern. The room was clean. The bed very comfortable. The only issue I had was that there was no soap to wash my hands. However, there was shower gel and shampoo there. I would like to give a special mention to the restaurant situated next door. The young lady in there went out of her way to help me with my food. She even had the chef prepare bread for me specially. So, a big thank you to her. Customer service went above and beyond with this young lady. A very pleasant overnight stay at this hotel. "

"Upon entering the twin room there was only 1 towel....the bathroom was basic at best..no shelf space...half broken toilet seat...and not sure the bathroom was ever cleaned. The bed linen looked not very clean....walls had stains everywhere...carpets were very dirty. It was more a hostel, than a hotel."

"The hotel is nice and convenient, staff are very friendly and professional. Imran helped me around a couple of times and welcomed me to the room, with a professional and friendly manner. Breakfast was nice and the restaurant staff are excellent. The kettle in my room was broken and I tried calling the number mentioned for dry cleaning few times but they never picked up. Other than that the place is good and the staff are great. "
