The manager was not helpful. I tried to cancel a few hours after i booked but he charged for the room anyway. Bad attitude.

There was a bugs in the bed that mad us feel bad to sleep in them

Good location

WOW factor on entering lobby it was Beautiful. Comfortable clean room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great.

Do Not Stay here

Cons: Fire the general manager, change the questioning at the front desk and be honest about what is happening around the hotel
Location: nothing
From the booking time even in to the check-in time, starting with the General Manager David even to the front desk clerk, this staff sucks. When we checked in we were asked why we were there? Why do you need to know why I am here? The clerk told us it was company policy. Really? David is not there to help you but to just take your money. The hotel picture on the website should show all the construction going on around the hotel. Will never stay at this hotel or any Holiday due to the greed and poor customer service of this location and General Manager. DON'T STAY HERE!

Family-friendly and Rene at the front desk was extremely helpful. A great place to stay.and a free Wi-Fi is great too

Dirty hotel close to interstate

Expensive,smelly,and dirty room. One rude staff member that wouldn't allow my children in our hotel room since they forgot the key (they are kids). Will not do business EVER again at this place.

Great staff. Very helpful. Included breakfast was good quality but small quantity and had to be restocked often to keep up with high demand. Pool and spa were nice and clean. Only complaints are the room description said "deep soaking tub" which was the main reason I got the 700 square foot suite. It was a regular bathtub. The photo of the tub in the picture gallery is the jacuzzi tub. The other complaint was "golf course views". Yes there was a golf course out there, but it was on the other side of an 8 lane freeway which was 100' from the hotel. Nice sunset though.

A little rusty but comfortable

The hotel was great. Service great area great! Two things that would have made the stay better. One is the carpet in the room to tile transition wasn't done very well and the tack strip shows and could be sharp for kids running around barefoot. Second area of notice was that the shower seemed a bit dated. The shower corner shelves were missing and the shower head hit everything except were you want it to go. The bathroom was a bit dark dated wallpaper and the door frame really stood out. Still it was a comfortable beds convient location and great breakfast options.
