Great service

Pros: Very nice large rooms. Very helpful staff.
Location: Great location.
Some of the best service of ANY hotel I have stayed in. Front desks staff goes above and beyond.

Breakfast could be improved. Toast and cereal ok but eggs and sausages were not at all enjoyable

Nanaimo water view but a shortened breakfast hour

We had an extra wide room with a king bed. I was disappointed the breakfast hours they told us to 10am wasn't honored. At 9:40 am, the food was mostly put away. The staff had to fetch, bagels, cream cheese, muffin, yogurt and cream for my coffee. There was only one hot entree left, an omelet.

Perfect hotel for in and out travel.

Perfect hotel for quick in and out travel. Microwave, fridge and 24 gym which I used upon my arrival and again in the morning before I left. Really nice continental breakfast in the morning as well.

We were late arriving but were greeted in a friendly manner by the security gentleman as well as the night staff. Everything was efficient and the staff went beyond their duties to provide us with info re transportation to Duncan. Our room was tidy and comfortable and we had a good nights rest

Nice hotel close to curling rink

Location: Curling rink
Hotel was clean and staff helpful and friendly. Had snow and parking lot was very slippery and snow covered. Would have been better if they polled lot

Unfortunate experience all around. Most disappointing, however, was the room cleanliness. There were hairs in the bathtub, leaves stuck to areas of the carpet, a crusty stain on the chair cushion and a used coffee pod still in the sink from the previous guests.

My stay was great. I have stayed at the Ramada twice in the last month and will continue to do so. The staff has been very welcoming as well as accommodating. I stayed on the side facing the road and barely heard any noise from outside. I’m very pleased with my experience.
