Nice studio totally renovated and very well equipped with new equipments.   
It is located in the heart of downtown, 200 m from Place Stanislas.   
The tram stop (line 1) is 50 m away.   
Paid parking is 200 m away.   
You can do everything on foot.  
Many restaurants and fast food are in the immediate vicinity.  
On the top floor, it is quiet.  
You will find a large bed, and a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of storage space.
