“We had to book this at the last minute. It cost us nearly $400, but we saw there was a hot tub and sauna, so it was worth it. Here's the list of things that went wrong, making this stay worth barely $100.
1. When we got there at 4pm for check-in, no one was there. No note, nothing. I had to go back through the Expedia site to find a phone number and call the person, who apologized that they weren't around, and then told us the room was open and the key was inside. Would have been nice to know……

“I was highly disappointed by the lack of management oversight at this property. Upon arrival, I received written communication from management stating they hoped the previous renters left everything in perfect condition.
Instead of the host inspecting the apartment between stays, the burden is placed on visitors, who are given an unreasonably long list of checkout chores. This went far beyond standard requests like washing dishes or taking out the trash.
The apartment also lacked basic……
