“A perfect hotel for taking a night of stay if you arrive Sapporo late. The hotel looks brand new and the room we stayed were spacious. We could see the runway from our room but it is very quiet at night. It is located in the Chitose airport. There are plenty of shops and restaurants at domestic terminal.”

“Hotel is new and clean but the staff looks miserable and unhelpful. We booked two rooms via Expedia but they mistaken the two rooms as two bookings and initially refuse to give us two rooms next to each other,l. After lengthy explanations they finally gave us two adjacent rooms. Yet the hotel staff did not explain any details like when is check out time etc. Hardware was excellent but more staff training is needed.”

“住這邊無非就是希望隔天有接駁車可以使用，結果5-6點要預約跟我說沒辦法，我也不想為難櫃檯，自己想辦法處理行李，也知道接駁車小台，或許沒辦法放置兩家人要回國的行李，但這種結果還是讓人有些失望的。 但入住前有詢問能否提前暫放行李7-8天，飯店有同意，櫃檯服務小姐也很積極調整行李位置，這點確實很感謝飯店的幫忙”
