Though it was noted, the ability to park a vehicle is a little difficult. The closest garage is about 3 blocks away. Getting within the pedestrian zone requires a code and not all areas have a terminal to enter a code. Keep that in mind.

We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment was tastefully styled, spacious and had good facilities. Very close to everything in town, staff were helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable.

My only real comment would be the sofa - rather uncomfortable and needs replacing. Other than that all very good, very clean and staff lovely.

Lovely hotel
Had a great stay as usual , bathroom could do with a bit of an upgrade as toilet seat was wobbly & sealer on outside of shower door bit groggy. I have stayed many times & this has & will continue to be my preferred choice of hotel lovely staff

On a pris une suite de 35 m2, pour se rendre compte sur place qu'elle n'était pas sur le même site, au 5eme etage sans ascensceur, pas de fenetres, mais seulement des vasistas. Et pour comble révéillé par les travaux à 8.00 du matin....Le prix n'est absolument pas justifié pour le coup

Wonderful short trip with my children. Booked one of the offsite suites which was a great experience. Pros: Beautiful decor, excellent location, accommodating staff. Cons: breakfast ends at 11 (which I found to be a bit early), no A/C in unit (not a big deal unless it’s quite hot, and then sleeping with the windows open is difficult because of evening foot traffic and street noise outside). Overall it was an excellent stay and we would love to go back.

Great hotel - don’t try and drive to reception
A real 99% er of a hotel. Do not try and drive to reception….it is a fouls errand. The combination of 1 way systems, non updated google and Sat navs and pedestrian roads makes it impossible. Other than that inconvenience, an impeccable stay from start to finish. Few minor things like not enough coffee pods. Highly recommended and reasonable value

The property is in a great location overlooking Place Royale and COULD be great. BUT... there were too many issues during our stay for us to be content given the price paid. My booking stated the property had air-conditioning. It does NOT have any such facility. On the day described as a "heat apocalypse" in the press, that was a major issue, particularly as my son suffers from cholinergic urticaria, and was very distressed. The excuse was that Expedia was mistaken. And so we were the victims. The corridor leading to the property is dark and foreboding. The "virtual key" to the apartment did not function. Reception is situated some 400 meters away, making it difficult with luggage. There was a very sharp nail protruding substantially from the wooden floor on which I hurt my foot. The bathroom is tiny with nowhere to put anything and the very narrow shower panel door means water floods the bathroom floor and stairs leading immediately to the bedroom, a safety issue. The towels taken away were not replaced. The toilet paper was not replaced either, causing us to have to collect some from reception ourselves. There is an ironing board, but no iron. The cleaning was inadequate in some areas which were very dusty. Reception assured me I would not be charged tourist taxes, as compensation. Yet I was so charged, and no-one bothered to respond to my email enquiry. This is definitely not "like home" and nowhere near "better than home" as advertised. Avoid in summer.

As for the tourist taxes, our colleague expressed the wish to offer them to you, however this was probably a mistake on his part as we are not allowed to do so as they are taxes issued by the city of Nantes. The pictures of the room must have been taken with a wide angle camera. It is tiny! No storage space apart from an open 50cm rail. Miniscule shower room. If you are two very tall people you will be uncomfortable.

Location needs to be revised, we drove around one hour to find hotel. Front desk asked our travel friends to pay for stay again, even dough it was paid in advance. They charged his credit card for it.

This is a little gem in a great location. Walking distance to everything (15 minutes to a ton of things to see/do), with a vibrant cafe life for dinner right out front. This does mean nights are a bit noisy if u are facing the street, which I thought was fun but would be hard if you are noise sensitive. Breakfast was amazing! Staff helpful and friendly.

I have stayed at the hotel previously which was a fantastic experience , on this occasion i stayed at the apartment Marigold , absolutely beautiful unbelievable view , super friendly staff at the hotel & they helped with directions & booking my taxi back to the airport , this is one beautiful apartment.
