Pros: Cleanliness
Location: There are not a lot of restaurants near the hotel.
This hotel was on the south side of Napa and sits by itself. There is not a lot of restaurants or shops near the hotel. It was clean - no complaints, but there was nothing that stood out as fabulous. Clean safe hotel near Napa.

Friendly hotel staff. Willing to assist and answer any questions regarding your stay. Making you welcomed. Room is considered clean. TV remote control didn't work. Called front desk and got a tech come to replace it at no time. AC/heater unit made a lot of noise, no automatic on/off mode, Either leaving it on or turn it off completely. Bath shower doesn't seem having been cleaned lately. It got a lot of built-up residue inside and therefore water come out weak when taking shower. plenty of parking on the premise. It is considered a safe area. Didn't have chance to try restaurants.

Convenient location but noisy room

Liked the central location but the room was very noisy. The front desk staff who checked us in could have been more courteous and asked if we had a preference in the location of room. We would have preferred a higher floor. The first floor room we stayed was extremely noisy - could hear upstairs guest and sounds from the hallway clearly. The shower switch was faulty and the toilet showed significant rust. The positives are that the room was relatively clean and had a mini refrigerator; and the staff was accommodating when we asked for a toiletry item and checkout over the phone.

Easy to get to located in American Canyon the very south end of the Napa Valley . . . traffic north to Napa can be slow.

Cons: Bathroom floor very cold.
The staff was exceptionable from the front desk, to the house cleaning staff, to the people in the restaurant including the bartender.

Hotel near Napa

Very pleasant. Staff are nice and the waitress are also very kind in the restaurant. Waitress remembered us from a year ago. My family stayed there last year and we enjoyed our stay so we recommended the school boys and girls basketball team to stay there this year
