Wonderful location and people BUTPosted Oct 6, 2015
I'd rate it 85% great here are where the 15% gone They don't have a full bar, only wines. The bartender said they maybe getting the license for full bar soon (2016) They are a walking distance from several wineries and tasting rooms but it's a highway with no side walks. Part of why I picked it is the fact that we can WALK to wineries but soon realized it's not a safe walk because of that. Old dirty carpets in the room. It's dark and you won't notice on first glance but if you look you'll be VERY surprised with all the dirt and stains!! Dated one cup coffee machine in room. Should have the high end ones. We stayed in one of the winery view rooms and the balcony was amazing, I'd be careful picking an inside room where the balconies overlook parking lots.

The Harvest Inn was very spacious and well appointed and the buffet breakfast was top notch. We enjoyed everything about our stay and would certainly recommend it.

Beware, this hotel recently changed ownership!Posted Sep 29, 2015
Cons: Customer service, smell of smoke.
Unfortunately, we booked our room in May for a September stay, and paid for an upgraded room only to be told "we had a human error and don't have the upgraded room for you." Somehow they felt giving me back the upgraded fees, as well as a bottle of rose was going to make it all right - interesting, none of us drink rose and their lack of asking what we wanted/preferred was evident throughout. Our room and our friends' rooms all smelled like a camp fire - not the smell that is best in 90 degree temps... This property is tired and in need of updating...In it's heyday I am certain it was wonderful. The pools were filthy.

So much to see and do in Napa, but we loved the resort so much we had to force ourselves to leave. Just awesome!

Good hotel, near St. HelenaPosted Sep 19, 2015
Cons: Change the beds!
The hotel was conveniently located, and the setting was beautiful with sequoia trees. The Harvest Table restaurant was great, and we had an excellent dinner. Our only complaint was that the beds were very soft. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel with vineyard viewPosted Sep 18, 2015
Pros: Our room came with a jacuzzi on our patio and views of vineyards. Breakfast was very good and definitely more than a continental.
Cons: Install tvs with widescreen format.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a few problems with our room key cards which was easily resolved.
