Nice hotel located walking distance to Napa.

Pros: Loved the staff, outdoor facilities, and atmosphere. Hotel was recently renovated. Great time to book a room !!!
Location: Napa restaurants, wineries, and the Quattro Vino Train are close by.
The hotel staff were very accommodative. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was flawless.

The hotel was under construction. They took away the pool and the restaurant and lobby bar was not open.

nice hotel--renovating restaurant, no onsite food

Pros: When they finish the restaurant and bar, it will be very nice. Love the patio with fire pits and the walkway to Oxbow Market.
Cons: I saw earlier reviews about renovation construction, so I emailed the hotel to ask. I was told construction was complete--it wasn't.
Liked the hotel. Did not like being lied to that construction was complete when it wasn't.

Awesome establishment in awesome location

Pros: Hotel amenities, late afternoon wine pour, breakfast, proximity to downtown, walking distance to Oxbow Market
Cons: The construction going on was a little distracting, but if improvements are being made...I'm all for it!
Location: Riverwalk, Oxbow Market, Napa Wine Train, downtown Napa
Very pleased with my stay here! The hotel was awesome! The rooms were very nice and updated with a great view. The complimentary wine pour from 4:30 to 5:30 was excellent with a choice of either white or red wine. I loved the outside area on the riverwalk with the gas heaters. The hotel is doing some construction and I cannot wait to come back and see what they have to offer in the future!

Great vacation spot

Pros: Wine tasting every day at 4:30
Cons: Food service, fitness room
Location: Napa Valley...Need I say more.
Location to Napa Valley Wine area was ideal. Photo ops were great. The town of Napa is full of great dining experiences.

Lovely hotel. Quiet, clean, nice room, great shower. Peaceful environment during my stay which is exactly what I was looking for. Can't wait to go back.

Nice but remodeling

The Expedia description of this hotel said that they had a hot tub and pool which is not true. They have been under remodeling for many months now and have encountered this problem so many times already that the guests were under the impression there was a hot tub/pool. That was misleading considering I booked the hotel for the reason that it had those amenities. So that was disappointing. Otherwise it's a nice hotel, the staff was nice, and it was clean. They could have told us about the included quick breakfast stuff set up but we just happened to stumble upon on it.

Excellent, close to downtown Napa valley within walking distance, the room is perfect and all the people, that are working in the hotel are very nice, friendly and helpful.

Under Construction

We love the River Terrace and have stayed there before. It's a beautiful property with nice amenities. However, I wish we would have known when booking that the hotel is undergoing an extensive remodel. The banging and construction noises began right at 8am and were going on all day. There were painters and plywood and caution tape everywhere. Also, the bar and restaurant (that we love) is totally closed, which would have made a difference in our choice of property. I'm sure it will be lovely when complete, but I wish we would have known about the mess and noise when booking.
