Weekend in Napa

Pros: Rooms a spacious and clean.
Cons: Room service menu was lacking in options.
Location: Lots of local wineries and decent shopping in nearby towns.
A nice place overall, with a great staff, but the place is spread out and may require some hiking to get to some of the facilities (dependent on where your room is situated). Nonetheless, a reasonably decent place to stay.

Very noisy

For some reason, one of the hotel staff rang our doorbell at 11:30p to let us know they had delivered complimentary water. Luckily, we had just gotten to bed after a concert, otherwise we would be awakened. Not cool. The room was noisy, too, air conditioner in back, refrigerator, could hear neighbors, etc. Not an esp comfortable stay. Silverado certainly does NOT live up to its reputation. We would never stay there again.

Seems really outdated

Pros: Close to the area we were visiting
Cons: Rooms definitely need a face lift. Staff was pretty much non-existent when we needed anything. No ironing board in the room/4 hours to get one
Property was very nice, but the rooms definitely need a face lift.

Room was small but very clean. Great staff always ready to assist. Delicious food at tavern. Easy location for most Napa activities. Beautiful grounds and large swimming pools.

Brand new premium room

Exactly on the golf course, full modern kitchen, nice furniture, big new TV, easy parking, quiet resort, lots of trees and flowers, 10 mins to downtown Napa... Will be back!

Resort look, motel staff.

The staff was rude or useless. I've stayed at 90 places across the US. This was the worst "resort" staff I've ever seen. From golf to the front desk. You are all clueless and super super rude! Stayed in the best room, paid 3x for golf and had awful service their too. This place is a Motel 6, on nice land.

I think for the price the rooms are tiny. The resort is nice but the rooms could use an upgrade and also for the amount one pays not worth the price.

its an oasis!

We celebrated my wife's 40th birthday in Napa and stayed at Silverardo. From the second we pulled into the driveway we were treated like royalties by the staff and felt welcomed. The rooms are good size, updated and super clean! We are already planning our next visit and will stay longer this time.

Disappointed

Tried to check in at 1.30 pm ..was told that the room was not ready and will call us when ready. No problem with that. 5.30 pm still no call and I approached the receptionist (different person) ,very rude and said the room is not ready yet!! After he realized I was truly upset, decided to give another room. ( he could have done that earlier) by the time I checked into the room it was 6 pm. It was a one BR unit, which was very dated. Needs complete refurbishment. Bathroom had no toilet paper!! One of the towels in the bathroom was in tatters!! Never seen one like that anywhere in my life. Upon checking out, I showed a picture of the towel ( actually a rag) to the receptionist and she could not believe it and said that will definitely take up the matter with the manager.
