Great place to relax!

Great hotel and friendly staff. We were here in mid-September. I was a little worried due to some of the negative reviews, but we had a great experience. Our king premium room was renovated and spacious. It was one of the condos, but located very close to the main mansion so no shuttles needed for us. Plenty of parking reserved for the condos close to the building. Our mini-fridge was broken, but was quickly replaced when we notified the front desk. The bed was comfy. Keurig coffee/tea in the room (but I wish there was a decaf tea option available - not a big deal, but would have been nice as its common in most hotels).
Pools were great with attentive poolside service on weekends. Main pool was relaxing and quiet for the most part (most kids spent time in the nearby smaller pool). The Grill had surprisingly good lunch and dinner. The Market was very convenient and serves pastries from Bouchon Bakery without the crazy Bouchon line (one of my favorite bakeries in Napa) - monkey bread is a must if you haven't had it!
My only complaint is that the cleaning staff did not do a good job cleaning between our nights of stay and did not clean our room until very late in the afternoon. I definitely expect more effort put into cleaning (fresh sheets, toiletries restock, etc) from any hotel let alone a 4star (seemed like we just got a couple of fresh towels and our trash was taken out so the room just didn't feel clean). Other than that, everything was great! Would definitely return!
