Not what we expected.

Unfortunately, our expectations were not met and there was not a special experience for us.

Nice Hotel very Busy

Location: Far from everything. Couldn't get a diet coke anyway except bar after 6PM. No vending machines.
We were disappointed that our one request to have a vineyard view was not honored. We expected a quieter Hotel being name is Spa resort. Not so.

Not what you exepect

This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel and they charge you like one, but it shares its facilities with one that is next door that is half the prize. This makes for a super uncomfortable experience.

bad location

The overall feel of the resort is not relaxing. It is overpriced with unfriendly staff. It is situated in a commercial area. The winery is basically in a parking lot and back on to a busy road. The view is awful.

Good Hotel

Pros: Rooms were nice
Location: 4 miles from the center of Napa, industrial park location.
Nice Hotel, location not ideal for a central Napa stay being 4 miles from the center. Construction ongoing for an expansion at the front of the Hotel. Feels just a little clinical. Stayed the night before in Sonoma in MacArthur Place which just had a much more cosy feel which probably makes me more critical in this review

Anniversary stay

My wife and I got married here 10yrs ago and decided to stay here on our anniversary. After we checked in we went to the pool and were really surprised at what we found. Pool area was really loud with three different groups playing their own music, drunk, and the area was dirty with empties and old food. This was not the resort we remembered. Very disappointed

Girlfriend Road Trip

Pros: Like a resort, spa was amazing, wish we had of had more time to stay and enjoy the place. Bowling lanes at the bar, staff was wonderful.
Close to Napa and easy drive to all the Vineyards.

Nice Hotel in wine country

Hotel is built for conferences and conventions. Nice place. Has bowling alley which is unique. Recommend.

Excellent weekend!
