Nice hotel to Naperville.

Pros: I was very handy to restaurants. The hotel shuttled us to downtown Naperville and picked us up so we didn't have to drive in the traffic.
Cons: Breakfast could be improved. French toast and eggs were cold.
Location: Right off 88 and close to numerous restaurants. We went to the Dupage Children's Museum which was very nice.
I rented 4 rooms for my birthday weekend. Hotel was having problems with the internet and had to cut a hole in the wall right by one of the rooms. They left the tools lay on the floor and there was wall board dust all over the floor and never bothered to vacuum it up. It tracked into their room. I asked for something off the price of the room and nothing was done about.

Room temp

Hotel was great but the room temp was way too hot and it could not be lowered. Complained to front desk but nothing was done. Made for very poor sleeping.

Location: Shopping and restaurants
We need not know this service was available, but very happy that I asked. They were very helpful in taking us where we wanted to go, especially Richard. Our only concern is some TLC. For example: The pull out sofa in our room needs to be fixed, cushions zipper broke.

Shabby hotel.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Cleanliness. Repairing cracks in molding and grout in bathroom. Number of towels per guest in room.
We were disappointed that the place felt so shabby. The toilet in our room was dirty, the bathroom itself worn out. We had a king and a queen bed, but only three towels in the room. When I asked at check in why the pet fee was $100 a night per pet, they said no other hotels in Naperville take pets (not true) so that they could charge that.

Needs major improvement

Sadly, my view of this hotel chain is now very tainted. This one desperately needs updating! The bathrooms are horrible with cracked floors, dirty looking tub, counter, moldy messy caulking, a toilet that clogged, etc. All the furnishings are old, which isn't all bad except that this place isn't kept clean! The breakfast area is cluttered and has weird smells. I felt during my stay that this location is not cleaned well.

Nice hotel and clean. Friendly staff.

Cons: The shower heads are very low. They should also wait to start vacuuming until at least 11am.
Location: There is a lot to do within a 20 mile radius of this hotel.
It was great! Breakfast was good. Coffee was always available. The staff is very polite. We even got to check in earlier because our room was ready.
