I had to talk to staff in New Delhi to fix a date error I made when checking in online. I accidentally checked October instead of September. You do not allow staff on the ground to fix this. Only a New Delhi call center. I paid almost $90 more to check in yesterday than I would have for my erroneous October date. I intend to avoid Marriott if at all possible for any future trips. Allow your humans on the ground to actually provide the service you say you want to provide. I think you just want to make money though rather than provide service. I hope to never use Marriott again.

Not Like it Used to Be.
Upon checkin, i was informed that roofers would be therr all day every day. BOOM BOOM BOOM all afternoon Saturday all but prevented a much needed sleep. Upon checkin, I requested an upstairs outward facing room that inherently comes with a balcony. Attendant (operations manager?) Immediately says "Well you smoke on it!" Rudely. Ill stay up the road next time. In town 4 or 5 times a year. Won't go back here. Used to be great!
