Rooms are very clean, but we are very disappointed with breakfast.

Needs TLC!

Overall the stay was ok, at best. Room was dated, counter top was falling apart and vent in bath was covered in dust. You get what you pay for.

Good value for the price

Pros: Price
Cons: Very hot in hallways. Wouldn’t call the offering breakfast but snacks.
Got 2 good nights’ sleep. That is what matters most!

Economic option in the Chicago suburbs

The staff of this hotel were very nice and welcoming and I appreciated that the facility and the room were clean. The key cards worked on the first try, which is not always the case even in expensive hotels. The grab and go coffee was not bad. I appreciated the value for money. I could have made more of an effort to ask for a couple of things that I needed like an extra blanket. I'm sure the staff would have been accommodating had i asked.

Quite room

Quite room no noise. A little improvement thou it smells when u first get in but other than that I like my stay. Comfortable place to relax and stay

Ok for a night.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite. There were large stains in the room carpeting and updating is needed. I did not try their breakfast or other amenities. There were several people extending their stay as their form of housing at this location.

Good extended Stay value

Overall, the staff, price, and location made it a good value centrally located to shopping and highway access. Room was dated with carpet stains, old hardware, plumbing issues; but it was clean and the bed wasn’t too bad.

First, the girl at the front desk was nice and very helpful. That's where the positive feedback ends. This place is a dump, plain and simple. The first room I was given was disgusting: floor not vacuumed and there was dirt or mud (or something) embedded throughout the carpet, hair in the tub, dust and dirt everywhere. Got a new room, and it was only slightly less filthy. Some hair on the walls of the shower, carpet not vacuumed, dust, spider webs on the lamps. The water pressure in the shower was incredibly low, like a glorified trickle. I was not expecting five-star accommodations by any stretch, but that doesn't justify the completely lackluster housekeeping. I've honestly stayed at roadside motels that were more sanitary. Wish I would have spent a few extra bucks and stayed at a place that cleans their rooms. Live and learn, I suppose.
