We were in the 324 the first night was ok, second night the door would not open and we waited for half hour finally get the door open, the third day, we have to move to the different room, the room doesn’t have hair dryer and phone doesn’t work, I ask the frond dest for a hair dryer, they told me they don’t have, they also do not have hot water for the hot tea at the lobby area.

The hotel room was nicely updated and clean. Exceptional value!!! We reserved the upgraded room so we had fridge and microwave. Some red roof plus locations automatically have them so make sure to check which type of room you select. We felt safe and secure in our room. We’d stay here again since the cost was so low and the room was nice (no weird smells and everything was clean)

What a rough night!
I arrived my room door was frozen closed so I was moved to an "upgrade". Which happened to Be a handicapped room. My room was filthy the bathroom had hair all over and the shower and the bathroom floor was filthy. I was unable to adjust the window unit to heat comfortably so I sweated for most of the night. Not to mention the screaming and running back and forth On the upper levels or the dog fight ant 1:30 in the morning. Upon my departure i found dirty socks under the bed which might explain the smell. I may not stay here again.
