Intimate Feel in the Center of NaplesPosted Nov 3, 2015
Cons: We stayed during a holiday and it was Saturday night so...it was really noisy far into the night and we had jet lag. So that wasn't so great.
Location: National Archiological Museum a short walk away. Restaurant right next door toward the Harbour is incredible.
We loved this hotel. Small and intimate. Lovely big bathtub. Huge delicious breakfast.

Pros: Signage on the street as the hotel is deep into a courtyard, so not immediatly apparent as to its location if waking in or taxi does not go to hotel.
Cons: see above. Be sure to know street address to find entry to the courtyard. The hotel is at the end of the courtyard to the left.
Location: see above. do not know its proximity to the waterfront as we did not have time to explore, having only one night in Napoli.
The hotel is about two blocks from the Archeological Museum which was our reason to visit Naples. Also, in a student --university area so very lively at night. The breakfast was very good and desk service was friendly and very helpful with restaurant suggestion and ordering a taxi to the airport. We had a garden level room so did not have to climb stairs to our room in the main building. we liked the hotel very much.

Very good hotel in a great locationPosted Oct 20, 2015
Really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, comfortable and friendly small hotel tucked away from the road. Breakfasts were tasty but best of all was the location just off Piazza Bellini.

Boutique hotel in the heart of the Centro StoricoPosted Oct 18, 2015
Pros: A beaautiful and serene spot in the middle of busy and congested Naples. There was a wonderful, abundant breakfast in a pretty room. Great staff.
Cons: You can't do anything about noise in a city location.
Location: The location is great for strolling the Spaccanapoli and it's a short walk to the Museo Archeologico Nazionale. Great food everywhere!
We stayed here our last night in Italy and chose the hotel for it's proximity to the Centro Storico and the Museum. We started our stay off with a room that had a leak and the request for a room change was accomodated by the staff after some negotiations. Things got better from there. The location of the hotel is great and the rooms and beautiful and luxurious but small in typical European style. The hotel has a beautiful stained glass window and a lovely gateed courtyard with a small swimming pool. The hotel is located down an enclosed area and the gate at the end of this small street is locked at night. I felt very safe there as you have to be buzzed in through two separate gates after dark. The hotel staff was extremely helpful when I arrived at the airport and realized I left my tablet in the hotel room. The front desk clerk arranged for a cab to deliver my tablet to the airport and it arrived in time for me to make my flight. I was extremely grateful for their assistance.

Hotel ok but staff excellentPosted Oct 12, 2015
Pros: The staff are its biggest asset from our experience.
Cons: Bathroom could be refitted.
Location: Piazza Bellini is right outside, good choice of bars as is Via Tribunali which its great places to eat including some of the best pizzerias in Naples.
Constantinopoli 104 is an ageing boutique hotel on the edge of the lively Piazza Bellini in Naples. The decor and bathroom fittings were a little tired but they were clean and comfortable and the staff were a real delight. They helped with various enquiries that we had and were very attentive. It is close to the Dante Metro and Vila Toledo which is a great shopping street. The centro historico is well within walking distance. Breakfast was the usual continental fare supplemented with cereals, scrambled eggs and bacon. Quite a lot of choice and plenty to eat.

Conveniently located hotel a little tired, datedPosted Sep 26, 2015
Pros: Location good, has pool... Breakfast buffet was adequate.
Cons: Hotel is in desperate need of some updating, including modern amenities and appliances (especially air conditioning units).
Location: Near Piazza Bellini and in the heart of the historical Spaccanapoli neighborhood. Very walkable to heart of Naples and good restaurants, sightseeing
Hotel had great location near Piazza Bellini, but staff was only moderately helpful and rooms were tired, dated and air conditioning did not work properly. Pick hotel for location and access to pool, but not for amenities or ambience...

Secure and quiet locationPosted Sep 7, 2015
Pros: Mixture between contemporary design and classical beauty
Cons: Pool is rather outdated, cold and too deep. Needs an overhaul.
Security is a top concern for everyone traveling to Naples. This hotel boasts a quiet and highly secure location, tucked away mere seconds from main street activity. Contemporary interior design within a classical shell.
