This was not an easy property to find. It's not well signed so good luck if youre arriving after hours. There was no breakfast as advertised. We didn't have hot water the entire time we were there. Staff was kind and area was great for dining. Short cab ride to port, airport etc.

dear Mrs. Tania we must say exactly how things actually are and the truth:1) The structure does not offer breakfast service and does not sell it online, it is only overnight2) your reservation was made by the Expedia call center for a transfer on our site clearly indicated that the desk is active until 20:00 all late evening arrivals must call upon confirmation the customer must confirm your arrival time 72 hours before check in . Expedia support also knew this.3) in the morning in my presence you never said anything about any problems relating to hot water we would have checked his boiler4) outside our structure there is a panel with the name and an arrow you arrived after 11.00 pm maybe you were tired you came from another structure that you did not likewhen there are problems just ask and don't write at the check out

A late check in at 11pm meant ringing someone for details of how to access the property. Got there in the end but a tad stressful! Room was basic but had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed and great shower

thank you but on the Expedia website it says that customers arriving in the evening after 20:00 must contact the property for telephone support, this most of the time the Expedia customer does not read them

This property is in a great location, right next to the water and a short walk from great restaurants. The hotel is also near the American consulate, if you have to go there and it’s quite affordable.

Dear madam, As you make a reservation for you Mother and she go out before breakfast time in the moorning. We serve breakfast starting 8 o clock to 10. The mini bar it’s extra of course but i don’t understand the problem. You can us it and pay or not. The hot water was ok in the room as the gust put on the boiler. Ask all detail before write a review the next time at the people that stay at hotel.

Good quality and well-priced
Slightly unusual set up in that the hotel is essentially a floor within a large apartment block. Good location along the bay. I arrived late and phoned the owner who guided me to my room, being buzzed in where needed. Room a decent size, cheap enough minibar and good sized bathroom. Everything you need for a budget stay in Naples.

B&B room.
15 - 20 minute walk to some castles, museums and shopping district. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was ok limited choices. Nice place to stay. Owner was very helpful with sightseeing and eating suggestions.

Very convenient and pleasing position
The rooms are decorated pleasingly however the air conditioning in our twin bed room was less than efficient at times. The breakfast is disappointing consisting only of a small amount of mini croissant, some dry buns and half a cup of luke warm coffee which is insufficient. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

The hotel is a little way out from the main city, however this meant it was quieter and felt safer. There were excellent transport links with a metro station a short walk away and links to the islands at your doorstep. Only downside is the room is a little small and the shower tiny. If you are happy to overlook this great value and I would definitely recommend.

Dissapointing
Sewerage access inlet in the room and you can guess what the smell was like. They didn't have the room ready upon arrival despite notice. The breakfast "buffet" is a very small continental breakfast of a small portion of cereal, very small dry crostini style bread and a small glass of juice. No good for any substantial breakfast. Spent extra here to pay for the extra stars and pampering but wish i hadn't bothered! reprimanded for not being available at 2pm the following day for my room that was originally not available despite me saying that i would be out all day visiting pompeii.

Dear Guest, Check-in time starts from 14 but there may be, in some cases, delays. Breakfast is served in your room from 8 to 10, in your case iyou go out before so for visit Pompei so we have not been able to serve breakfast with cereal, mini croissants, juice, cereal, hot drinks. I'm sorry we could ask at your complete disposal to help you. Our breakfast is continental, a few weeks ago was also improved by adding yogurt and fresh fruit.

I stayed in H hotels for 5 days on a business trip. Overall I had a pleasant stay. + hotel is conveniently located near train station Mergellina, 10 min walk. + room was clean and quite big. + the internet was fast and worked without any problems. - the breakfast is served in the room from 8 am to 10 am. So if you need to leave hotel before 8 you will have to arrange with the owner to have yours brought to you the night before. - breakfast is very simple: 3 mini cornetts, cafe and orange juice.

Nice room for the price
H Rooms is very well maintained. One room they have is particularly small, but the other rooms have comfortable room. All rooms are neat, clean and the overall appearance looks new and vibrant. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice little hotel near the bay.
The walls are paper thin but everything else is fine. The staff is very nice and the breakfast served at your room is good. I would recommenc this hotel and its location to anyone travelling on a budget who would like to enjoy a stay near the sea!

Small hotel on the bay of naples
Recently refurbished this tiny hotel (9 rooms) is very conveniently located on the Bay of Naples. The rooms have all the modern facilities needed, and our room had a splendid balcony overlooking the bay (and the fishing port of Mergellinga). When we were there a new red chair was added to the rather splendid collection of fancy designer chairs in reception... 2 Barcelona's by Mies van der Rohe, and the classic egg chair by Jacobson. The hotel occupies a part of a floor in one of the big old buildings on the front. The front door is so big it has a small door that is used at night and weekends in one of the bigger doors. These door are old, and must be 4" thick... truly amazing. There is no restaurant, so you get your breakfast delivered to your room (terrific fresh croissants etc). It was a joy to walk down the promenade to the old town of Naples, a stroll that many others locals from Naples seemed to do every evening.

Buonasera, Strange! Here we serve breakfast every day from 8 to 10 in the room. we suppose that you are out before the service. It is not possible. We always ask to check the timetable and the preference of hot drinks to be served in the room for the brekfast with: orange juice, croissants, jam, nutella, hot drinks, coffee, American coffee, cappuccino and milk ciccolato, rusks and biscuits, plum cake. Also, upon request, we prepare the tray to serve full breakfast in the room the night before We believe that we serve a good breakfast in the morning!

Just what we needed
The H Rooms was situated perfectly for what we were in Napoli for...The American Consulate, great surrounding cafe's, pizza and desert places, a wonderful view of the harbor with a traffic free running route to the Port of Napoli and all the shopping and backstreets one would need filled with helpful locals going about their activities of daily living...Alessandro was very laid back and helpful to answer any questions and offer advice and suggestions and Tina kept our early morning cappuccino's, breakfast items and rooms right up to snuff...She was extremely helpful and pleasant to see in the morning...and the internet connection was consistent and strong...Yes Alessandro was as handsome as previously described...I would return when in Napoli again or possibly try his FRESH location.

Perfect location by the sea and close to restaurants. Very clean and great staff. Has wifi in most rooms. Some rooms it doesn't catch. Also the showers are inconsistent. Ran out of hot water once. Overall better than a 3 or 4 star hotel in naples in terms of cleanliness.

'The H' is not a true hotel. It is a set of 9 rooms in a building on the Naples sea front. There is no dining room or similar. Breakfast is bought to your room on a tray. As long as you are happy with this arrangement (which I was) and are not looking for upscale luxury, the H offers a clean, attractive and secure base of operations and a very good price. The proprietor is friendly and helpful. When I asked about a getting haircut, he took me by scooter to his own barber!

This place should not call itself a hotel nor b&b. This is nothing more than hostel. The towels were humid and there was a bad odour in the room coming from the shower. You can stay in much better places at the same price in Napoli.

A little disappointed
. The building is a mix of B&B, Hotel rooms and offices. We stayed 4 nights at H Rooms. The first 3 were in room 2. We found it comfortable, light and airy, but very noisy from returning guests down the hallway. The head of the bed is on the wall of the adjoining room's bathroom, so every toileting next door was heard in stereo. If you slept through that, the flushing of their loo woke you instantly and the cistern took an age to refill! For the last night we were moved to room 7, because it was supposedly a family room and larger. This room is definitely quiet, being at the end of the hall. However the layout of the room made it less spacious than the first. No opening windows in the bathroom. Checking-in was not the easiest. The Hotel was not manned when we arrived after the 2pm check-in time, with a notice saying 'Out of the office, ring-----' That's fine if you have a cell phone. As it happens, a couple leaving the office used their phone to call. "He would be there in 30 minutes". We went back in 30 minutes and still no one, so went off for lunch. Meanwhile we are parked illegally near by and pleased we weren't ticketed or clamped on return.(residents only parking in the area) There is no parking on site. It cost 13 euro per day to park at a garage about 200 meters away. Breakfast was simple but adequate, brought to the room. Only room for one chair, so one person eats sitting on the bed. Otherwise the location of H Rooms was excellent.

Positive: The B&B is very clean, rooms are modern and appealing, staff is friendly and very accomodating, Wifi available, it is located at the sea in a nice area of Naples, located within walking distance to the american consulate, close to Mergellina station (ideal to get to the old city), kettle available in the room for tea, we were also offered breakfast after 10am which was very friendly from the staff... overall positive experience Negative: There is no big sign on the building, only a little doorbell with many others, make it very difficult to locate, no parking available free of charge, reception is said to be available till 8pm but hardly ever seen (check-in is only available till 8pm), place is unattended in the evenings/nights, room doors very flimsy and thin- one can hear everything from the other guests and not a secure feeling, room windows have a view of another building few metres away (positive for a better sleep since Naples is loud at night & early mornings), bathrooms although nice are not practical. (everything, that is the whole room, gets wet - including toilet, sink and toilet paper & towels if not taken out of the room - since no shower curtain available and shower has no basin for the water to flow in. It is very messy to get ready to go out since one can only use the bathroom only barefoot & only after laying towels on the floor, water also leaks also into the bedroom while one showers) positive: quite many towels are available! Breakfast is also only a little snack, nothing warm except a coffee or a tea and it starts only at 8am. A coffee machine and milk for tea could be made available as self-service for those guests starting their day earlier. Minibar is also extremely expensive compared to what you can buy at the stores close by. However on the whole positive experience, quite expensive though for what you get.

Buongiorno ci riferiamo la sua prenotazione per informarla che la struttura non include la colazione e non viene venduta quindi quando lei ha acquistato la nostra struttura non ha assolutamente acquistato anche il servizio colazione.Inoltre la struttura non e' "appartata" ma siamo collocati su lungomare Caracciolo a Mergellina al secondo piano ingresso fronte mare le camere sono moderne pulite viene effettuata manutenzione mensile e pulizia quotidiana Cordiali saluti

Salve, purtroppo non riusciamo a verificare la data e nominativo del suo soggiorno in quanto ha messo anonimo questo ci impedisce di fare una ricerca. In ogni modo abbiamo gia ristrutturato il 60% dei ns bagni con box doccia ampi e comodi.

Цей невеличкий готель розташований на відстані близько 7 хвилин пішого ходу від станції метро Mergellina (лінія 6). Втім, слід врахувати, що основною гілкою метро, яка покриває весь центр міста, є лінія 1. Тому, якщо вирішите їхати метро до центру, то доведеться робити пересадку на лінію 1. При цьому, час очікування на потяг на лінії 6 часто становить не менше 15-20 хв. Через дорогу навпроти готелю знаходиться набережна, вздовж якої можна прогулятися або ж здійснити ранкову/вечірню пробіжку. Кімната, в якій ми проживали, була невелика, вікно виходило на стіну сусіднього будинку, тому світла, простору та свіжого повітря бракувало. Разом з тим, в кімнаті було все необхідне для короткотривалого перебування. Був передбачений сніданок, який подають у номери. Проте, він дуже простий і складався з: чашки гарячого напою, склянки соку, йогурту, круасану, малесенької упаковки пластівців, джему. В безпосередній близькості до готелю є декілька піцерій, кафе, тому якщо швидко зголоднієте після сніданку, буде де перекусити. Працівники готелю привітні.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix avec deux fausses notes: L'isolation phonique des chambres est assez faible La TV dispose de dizaine de chaines mais pour la plupart, elles ne fonctionnent pas (sons et images sont lourdement perturbés)... alors bien sûr, on ne va pas à Napoli pour regarder la TV mais parfois, c'est tout de même utile.

Modernes, helles Hotel in direkter Hafenumgebung
Wir waren zu zweit im September 2014 im H Rooms Hotel Neapel. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel hat zwar nur neun Zimmer, dafür ist jedes sehr individuell ausgestattet, modern und wirklich sauber. Frühstück wird zwischen 08:00 - 10:00 Uhr auf das Zimmer gebracht, dies war ausreichend und liebevoll zubereitet. Der Besitzer des Hotels ist äußerst freundlich und gibt einem jederzeit Ratschläge. Er berät einen auch gerne, wenn man Tagestouren nach Pompei oder zum Vesuv planen möchte und kann diese für einen organisieren. Das Hotel befindet sich außerdem in direkter Hafenumgebung und liegt in einem ruhigen Innenhof. In der Umgebung befinden sich viele Restaurants und wenn man zehn Minuten stadteinwärts läuft kommen ein Supermarkt und die ersten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder einen Aufenthalt buchen.
