The air conditioning was off when we got to the hotel. It was hot in our room. There was also a phone in the room that didnt even work so we couldnt even reach the reception. There is no elevator and we had to go up to the second floor with our luggage without anyone helping. Main reason for our stay was for proximity to the airport. Definitely regret it. The area looked very shady.

Dear Customer, we try to be close to our customers, we are sorry for your evaluation, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning with remote control for temperature regulation, on\off. Our structure does not have an elevator and upon kind request the staff is available to help carry your luggage. If your room phone didn't work you could call reception from your smartphone, we would replace it or if there were other problems with the room we would replace it with another one. We can't do anything about the shading and the position, ours is a hotel located in an area connecting the nearby international airport of Naples, the high-speed railway station of Afragola, the central station of Naples, the highway of the sun Naples Milan and the entire commercial and industrial area of the Neapolitan hinterland. If you wanted to see the sea you had to look for a tourist hotel.

Not a great hotel
It was an odd hotel. A 15 minute drive to the airport but you get charged a surcharge when taking a taxi to and from the airport because of city boundary. It is really really noisy as there are two events spaces close-by. Also when we got there I asked for an extra bed as my daughter’s friend was with us and said I was happy if I had to pay an upgrade to have a triple room instead of a double. The guy who was on the reception was really nice and he said he could put a small foldaway bed in the room. Later that evening when we got back another guy on the reception was quite agressive about saying we had to pay a surcharge. I explained that I was happy to pay one and had been all along. I did not understand why he was being so aggressive.

The good: The room was modern and there was underground parking. Proximal to airport. The bad: No elevator. Overwhelming stench of incense, masking what I can only assume is an ingrained tobacco smell. Directly adjacent a massive event centre that plays extremely loud music with deep bass and fireworks that resonate into your soul into all hours of the night. The highway noise was outright peaceful by comparison. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you are part of the event next door. We got out of bed, packed, and changed hotels, it just wasn’t worth it. No fault of the hotel staff, this location just could not be more terrible.

Easily the strangest hotel I have ever stayed in, no lift, no restaurant menu, just all over a strange experience. Would not return personally. Think it is a swingers hotel. No idea how it is 4 star

Rubbish hotel situated in Mad Max land.
I booked this hotel because they promised " Airport shuttle complimentary to guests " however when i tried to book this they refused to do it saying it wasn't free and to phone this taxi firm and it would cost 20 euros the phone number didn't work and i had to pay 40 euros to travel the short distance from the airport to the hotel, on my return despite me having complained to Expedia they still said i had to pay however i insisted and eventually a clapped out dirty smart car took me to the airport. There was a kettle in the room but no cup, coffee tea etc i drank the bottle of water in the " complimentary mini bar " and it was never replenished. two tiny bottles of shower gel in the shower never replaced.

10 minutes taxi drive from airport
The hotel is not that close to the airport. Attention! NO free shuttle from the airport, we had to pay 20 euros taxi ride to the hotel and 26 euros taxi back to the airport. Will have to call Expedia and ask for questions about this. Not enough lighting in the room and no towel hangers in bathroom. The room was big, bathroom too. Breakfast was basic but nice There's no elevator in the hotel Hotel staff was good but with minimum English Overall rating : 2.8 out of 5

4 star???? You must be joking
Starting at the beginning... Location - When the cabbie drops you off at your hotel and says in his broken English, "Ummmm, this is not a beautiful part of town. Don't walk anywhere. Be careful", you know there's a problem. The wall you see in the photo around the front of the building is a security wall. Access - there was no elevator to our floor and no doorman, so we had to haul our luggage up the stairs (3.5 week vacation involves some heavy luggage). Room - As you'll see in the attached photos, the room was actually rather large, but very sparse and plain. The wallpaper was coming off the wall around the window. The walls were very thin and it was easy to hear people in the hall and other rooms. Experience - At about 12:30am, a series of about 20-30 pops went off that were either gunshots or fireworks. When I called the front desk to ask if everything was okay, the person spoke no English and couldn't communicate anything about the situation. I ended up barricading the front door just in case. The front desk agent in the morning did speak English and said a party in the hotel restaurant had set off some fireworks. Shuttle - The hotel said there was a shuttle to the airport. Their definition of a shuttle was a tiny old beat up car that literally looked like it had been in a demolition derby. I don't know what the criteria is that made this place a 4 star hotel, but I'd give it 1.5 stars. Definitely NOT upscale.

Convenient for one night
Although near the airport, getting to the Hotel by taxi was tricky. It's only a 1km drive (which is why we chose it) but the route crosses into a different region which means you get charged for the journey there and back. It will cost 35-40 Euros for this very short journey. We were never warned of this cost/detail on the Expedia site and think it should be highlighted. We complained to the taxi driver and he kindly charged us 25 Euro. But this is still not cheap for the short distance. For one night it was fine but the Hotel label themselves as a 4 star Luxury accommodation. It certainly was not 4 star. The breakfast was terrible. Cuts of meat in clingfilm that looked old and inedible, stale croissants and unfortunately even the coffee was poor. We only finished our coffee and got sone food in Naples. We arrived late in Naples and needed somewhere close to the airport. However, I'm sure there are better options in the area or even going into Naples would be worthwhile after this experience. The positive side are the friendly staff and convenience close to the airport.

Great clean hotel, Great staff! perfect location!
Hotel was very clean and New! Rooms were very spacious, Great Shower! Bed was very comfortable! Hotel staff set up the morning Breakfast Early for us, since we left before 7 for out flight! Location is minutes from Napoli International Airport. Great restaurant attached to hotel. Only down fall for me was the over-the-top perfume smell that engulfed the entire room! But would not stop me from staying again.

Stayed on last night of touring holiday. Staff very friendly and helpful. Secure parking. Lovely boutique type hotel. Had best meal of the holiday in the restaurant. Waiters & Chef brilliant. Would recommend to anyone.

beware the location
You probably chose this hotel because it is very close to the airport, but cab fare from the airport was quoted at Euro 60. Only the heartiest would venture outside the hotel in this neighborhood. The staff tries very hard, but speaks virtually no English and we speak no Italian. The facility has been done over and is clean with Mod furnishings; Lighting is very poor, otherwise ok.

Reasonable hotel pretty poor location
The hotel is well appointed enough and comfortable. Rooms large but rather poorly lit. Given the location discretely located off a back road near the airport adjacent to a raised highway not sure they get a lot of tourists... But as a place to sleep close to the airport before an early flight... It was fine.

Nice hotel!
A friendly clean hotel convenient for airport, nothing in walking distance but glad I stayed here and not in Naples which is a dump! Staff were lovely and hotel very clean, breakfast was included and was great value,free parking and stood out from crowd as far as any other hotels I saw in the area Too far from Naples city centre though after going into Naples I'd say that was a good thing!

Hotel notevole ad un prezzo ottimo...
Eravamo in 3 (mia moglie, il bimbo di 3 anni, ed io). Abbiamo pernottato 3 notti (arrivo 27/12, partenza 30/12); il personale è stato gentile, accogliente, disponibile. La camera era molto spaziosa, pulita, accogliente, con temperatura molto elevata (senza accendere il climatizzatore c'erano almeno 22-23°C). Bagno ottimo, spazioso, con sanitari di pregio e una mega-doccia molto rilassante (acqua calda sempre disponibile, immediata). Doppi vetri isolano molto bene dai rumori esterni, e dall'eventuale freddo. L'illuminazione generale della stanza è un pò scarsa, in quanto lasciata volutamente bassa, per creare atmosfera romantica. Ogni giorno venivano cambiate le lenzuola e gli asciugamani, oltre alla normale pulizia della stanza (sempre molto profumata). Colazione a buffet, con buone brioches, affettato, succhi...in quantità... Il sabato sera, nel ristorante annesso all'hotel (dove si mangia molto bene, a quanto raccontato nostri amici che abitano in zona), vi è serata musicale e quindi, fino alle 00.30-1.00, si deve un pò sopportare il rumore proveniente dalla sala del ristorante (noi alloggiavamo al 1° piano, in quanto al 2° piano vi sono le suite). L'hotel è ideale per weekend romantici, e per coppie in cerca di intimità (vi è il servizio in camera, sia per la colazione che per i pasti, provenienti dal ristorante annesso).
