I liked the staff they were nice, but the breakfast not that good, limited varietybut good coffee. The area was also not safe lots of homeless around hotel, it was near the train station. Rooms were okay, and they had got water

Overall stay was good but the room in which I was staying had sewerage problems so many times my room was stinky badly because of the bathroom sewerage problem even when I am not using it. Breakfast was included in the booking but there wasn’t many options. There was no eggs in breakfast, no proper yogurt options. So if you are an egg lover then you have to go out for breakfast

Location good for metro and train station but when you turn right out of hotel it is a bad area. This hotel needs a complete refresh. It is tired and run down a bit- has good bones but needs painted and carpets replaced

This property is just 5 min walk to central station. Its on main road, so its safe. Shopping n food options are plenty nearby. Check in is till late, we checked in at 12.30 am and there was no issues. Staff was very polite and friendly. We just stayed one night n moved to sorrento via train

Sincerely disappointed
Hotel was dated and our room had exposed wires and old sockets. Carpet was stained and safe did not work initially. On the plus side, daily housekeeping and free breakfast. Area around hotel was very unpleasant with lots of poo (mix of ?human ?dog ? unknown) and large amounts of rubbish. Had a balcony but was filthy.

Checked right out.
Room had not been cleaned. Bottles scattered around, used toiletries, dirty toilet, smear on bedspread. Checked right out but got charged €80 for one night for an unsanitary room I could not stay in.

They helped us out in a pinch when we had to suddenly travel to Naples to avoid a transportation strike happening the next day. We arrived after check in closed at midnight but the clerk waited for us and was an absolute gem of a human being when we got there. He gave us lots of info that made traveling locally the next day so much easier.

We arrived to a suite whose bathroom smelled bad, the A/C and the mini fridge did not work. We were initially offered a 20 euro discount, but then the front desk offered us another suite with working A/C and mini fridge. The suite didn’t smell great, but it was better than the other one. We were grateful for working A/C. Overall, we would have rated the hotel higher if we wouldn’t have had to fight for a proper suite, and if the suite smelled better.

Great location.
Great location. Daily cleaning. Breakfast quite good. Fresh rolls, croissants, cakes. The coffee from the machine is not good. No heating in the rooms (it was cold in rainy January).

Great location.
Great location, close to the train station. Hotel pleasant and clean. Breakfast not the worst. The coffee from the machine is rather weak. Fresh rolls, toasted bread, cheese and ham. Plus, of course, croissants and cakes. A big minus for the lack of heating. During the January rains there was a bit of warmth missing :)

If I go back in Naples, I will go here.
It is an old hotel very conveniently located 2 blocks from the Main train station in Naples. Excellent included breakfast. Very friendly personnel speaking several languages.

Go just for the night
The hotel is near Napoli Centrale, so it's great if you have to travel early and want an easy connection, but it's not for long stays, that's for sure. The staff was friendly and attentive, but the rooms were outdated and the bathroom was not cleaned before our arrival, I found a used soap on the shower and used floss between the shampoo sachets. As we booked last minute was the best we could find in a budget but you can definitely get more for your buck.

You get what you pay for.
The hotel was ok for one or two night stayed. Convenient for catching train (central station) and bus to the airport. The area is not pleasant. Hotel room is old style and bed is quite hard.

two nights in napoli before Xmas
we stayed two nights arriving 12 am the clerk was super not nice, no greetings what so ever no hot water at night but we did have a lot during the morning centrally located, near the metro (5 minute walk ) and near the train station (10 mim walk) a lot of shops and stores around. at night a lot of scary people around the garibaldi piazza, so it is a little scary the breakfast is ok. bread, douts, coffee, tea, juice and yogurt and sweet fruit. enough to get by for the morning the premisis is old. real old. some old smells. some cigarette smells in the halls. the reception clerks are really not nice, never really went out of their wat to say hello or help out, when asked a question they answered, but the should work on their human relations. would I go back? would defently try something else next time. price was good for what we paid for rooms were huge!! wifi was great too

I’ve booked single room and I’ve got just that, a really small bed. Drinks in a fridge were convenient. My room was facing a courtyard that served as sort of a car park and it was noisy most of the night.

The hotel is very close to the central train station. Only one thing is bad about this hotel - the AC is off the most of the day..from 9am until 2pm. Its very very hot in august.

The hotel location is convenient, as it is close to the train station and metro. It is located on a main street and noisy. The breakfast is rather poor, there were no fresh vegetable and fruits, and the products were of a low quality.

It was very centrally located, with great staff, however the room we were in was right on the street front- lots of noise all night from cars on the street, and during the day until 9pm or so, blaring pop music from the storefront next door which was directly below the room. The bathtub (one of the reasons we opted to upgrade) was broken and couldn't be filled. For a weekend trip it wasn't the end of the world, but was a bit disappointing.

Great Location, decent accommodations
Stayed at this hotel one night, very convenient location and accommodating staff. Hotel allowed us to check in at 12pm, as we had arrived in Naples at 11am. Room was spacious and a great value for the money.
