En este período el desayuno covid no está incluido y no lo ha pagado, lea su bono con atención. Si no puede encontrar nada más que la señal del operador, ¿quizás sea el teléfono o la configuración?

Llegamos antes de tiempo y no hubo ningún inconveniente para hacer el check in, la habitación bastante amplia ya que éramos 2 adultos y 2 adolescentes también es de agradecer que se me quedaron unas gafas olvidadas y puesto en contacto con el hotel accedieron amablemente a enviarmelas por correo,el lugar muy centrico y a pocos minutos de la estacion de trenes, lo recomiendo.

Buen hotel, cerca de Piazza Garibaldi.
El servicio del hotel es muy bueno y las instalaciones también. El desayuno está muy bien.

Nuestro vuelo llegaba tarde y dormimos una noche. Hotel centrico para quien tenga que desplazarse con servicios publicos. El alibus te deja a unos 2 min.a pie y la estacion central de trenes esta a 5 min. Recepcion 24 h. Habitaciones comodas y limpias. Estuvieron muy atentos y el desayuno sencillo pero perfecto. Si volvemos a Napoles sera a este hotel.

Para dormir y nada más
El entorno,aunque muy cómodo por estar cerca del centro y del tren, está muy descuidado. Es como una pensión en dos plantas, el edificio es viejo, el hotel tiene lo imprescindible, esta limpio pero todo esta muy gastado, ropa, muebles... La sala común es mínima. El personal es amable.

El hotel es bastante cómodo y accesible por su ubicación cerca de la estación, servicio y precio, sin embargo la zona no fue muy agradable. El desayuno muy bueno, el personal muy atento y la habitación en general bien.

Buen hotel cerca de estacion
Elegimos el hotel por la cercanía a la estación de napoli centrale. Dentro del hotel, las instalaciones son muy lindas y el personal muy cálido. El desayuno muy bueno! La recepción del hotel se encuentra en un segundo piso, cuenta con un ascensor pero con 5 escalones en la base. La zona en general no es tan linda, hay muchos vendedores ambulantes. No tuvimos ningún problema pero siempre atentos.

Muy práctico por su ubicación y económico
Es un hotel de bajo costo muy cerca de la Estación Napoli Centrale. Mi habitación estaba muy limpia y ordenada y el personal muy servicial. No tiene escaleras, así que puede ser incómodo con mucho equipaje ya que la recepción está en el segundo piso y las habitaciones distribuídas entre el primero y el segundo piso del edificio. La entrada no está bien señalizada y puede engañar, pero dentro está muy bien. Estuve solamente unas horas para seguir hacia Capri, pero definitivamente lo recomendaría por la ubicación, la limpieza y la amabilidad del personal.

Good value for the price . Clean tecently renovated room and bathroom . Reception staff very patient and efficient . Good location for those transiting to airport or train station or visiting Naples for 2-3 days . Also a short walk to historic centre . Some visitors may be detereed by the area but thats what one expects around most train stations .

on arriving the first impression of the entrance is very disappointing , dirty and probably not decorated for many many years. however my room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and its only 5 minutes from the railway station. so if you can look past the entrance the room was good.

It is a quiet comfortable little hotel. The beds are not the best, the bathroom could be cleaner, but overall for 1 or 2 nights it is a perfect place to sleep. The main central station with a metro also is just about 6 minutes away.

Alright but nothing to write home about
Room was ok, but noting special. It's close to the station and had late check-in which were ideal for us. If you're not arriving late and don't need to be close to the station for an early departure, then you can probably find better for the money.

Nice basic hotel, very close to station. Clean, beds okay, be open minded. The area seems dodgy around the hotel, but it's actually not and all the folk we encountered were friendly. Some great pizza places within 10 minutes walk north.

Hotel is located less than a 5 minute walk from the central train station. Rooms are clean, bathroom is clean, water in the shower is HOT, and the AC in the rooms is strong (even waking up several times in the night cold!). Yes the neighborhood around the hotel isn’t the best, but the staff at the hotel has no control over that, and we even noticed that’s how a majority of Naples is (do your research on the city itself before visiting). For the price of the hotel I really don’t know where the bad reviews come from. People want a 5 star hotel for the price of 60 Euro a night. Also, the manager is very kind, polite, and hospitable. We had no issues while staying here and would definitely return for the price that we paid for the room. The building and the hotel itself are very secure, requiring to be buzzed in for entry to both. The bed is also comfortable considering some of the other locations we have stayed in in the country. Overall, a great experience if you want a very central location for a very good price.

Impossible to sleep
4 nights spent in this hotel, great location. Unfortunately we didn't sleep one good night, the cleaning crew was talking really loudly in the corridor every morning at 8:00 am. They made so much noise until 10:00 am, walls were very thin. Also our room was attached to the upclosed room and we shared some kind of a window, so we couldn't sleep very long neither because of the light coming from it.

The hotel is located very close to the central railway station in Naples. Just a few minutes walking. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor, and there is an elevator, although quite small. The room was clean and tidy and king size. I came with a bik which I keep in my room whiles not in use. The staff was kind and helpful. And most important, at least for me, you get a good stay for a cheep money.

The area that the hotel is situated is dirty and scary. Did not feel comfortable walking around during the day, let alone at night. The entrance to the hotel is also dirty and dark. You have to be buzzed into the area where your room is every time. they don’t give you a key and sometimes take a while to answer the buzzer. Linen and bedding was stained and dirty. Tv didn’t work Aircon remote didn’t work. Had to stand up on the bed to turn it on and couldn’t change the settings or temperature. Shower had bugs that came out of the drain overnight after a shower. Dirty towel left in the room from guests before Lots of noise coming from the other rooms and hallways (not soundproof) Our room was entered by housekeeping staff but not locked again and left ajar all day. The hotel is cheaper than other places in Naples but just avoid staying in this area around the central station all together. Would rather spend a lot extra to stay somewhere else.
