Decent hotel, Great staff and location!

Pros: Great location, friendly staff( especially the young lady who assisted me)
Cons: The rooms can be cleaned better. There was a strange substance on the shower curtain, looked like gum or something. Room had a sour smell.
Location: Naples Zoo, IHOP, Olive Garden, Tin City ( have a arcade room), Pinchers restaurant!!
My initial room was very nice with the exception of the ants. My room was changed with no issues and reimbursed a small amount for the inconvenience. The second room I was placed was also nice but the room had a sour smell the second day. I purchased a disinfectant spray and used it the duration of my visit. I didn't want another room change, plus I can deal with the odor over ants any day.

Average hotel, close to Naples pier and good restaurants.

Very nice great free breakfast, pool very clean, pool bathrooms clean.

Hotel needs some serious upgrades

Hotel staff was friendly but the hotel needs a renovation and some upgrades. The plumbing and electrical had issues in our room, and there were ants, and we had no food in our room at all. If I could do it again I would have payed the extra money to stay at a more expensive hotel.

Will not hesitate to stay there again!

Stay was pleasant, and the staff was friendly. Having breakfast provided by the hotel was wonderful.I liked that it was in close proximity to the places of interest in, and around the area.
