Fast check in, lots of parking and shops and restaurants close with in walking distance.

Older but beyond reasonable motel

Pros: Price
Very clean hotel, as they are remodeling (still retro). It is older and originally, I thought it was a Marriott with the "Courtyard" name. Location is nice and in high end Naples. You can't beat the price and its cleanliness. Breakfast was basic, but free. Pool looked nice, but we did not use it.

Bare bones motel but nice location

Location is quite good, but this is a bare bones motel. My room was right next to the ice machine and the sounds penetrated easily into my room every time the machine was used. Front desk readily agreed to change my room, but why use that room in the first place when the motel was not full?

Pros: Friendly people
Cons: Free breakfast. No fruit available and they ran out of cereal in middle of breakfast hour.
Location: Great location, lots to do in area.
Pool advertised heated (it was about 50 degrees). Shower stall had mold.

Nice Stay

Cons: the continental breakfast
The beds were very comfortable. Since I reserved 2 rooms, we were placed in side by side rooms on the bottom floor. Check in was great. The breakfast was a little lacking so we went to a near by iHop. Very good location. Would definitely stay there again.

Disappointing stay at Courtyard Inn in Naples - Mi

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Clean the cockroaches Fix the bathtub drain Fix the hair dryer
I booked this online for two days over the Thanksgiving holiday. First, the front desk had no record of our reservation - it took half an hour to check in. There was a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. The hairdryer did not work. AC unit was very noisy. Bathtub had some kind of brown dirt strewn around it when we first viewed it, then stopped up when we actually used it. The second day - the bathtub backed up and there was a sewer smell. We could hear the other hotel occupants through the a/c vents. Continental breakfast was very average - bad coffee; only good thing - bagels and cream cheese. To summarize - it WAS NOT A GOOD STAY - disappointing. We would never stay there again and do not recommend the place. We wanted to have a nice two day vacation but this place was just awful. So Sorry for you unhappiness seems like nothing will make you happy. If everything was so bad why didn't you stay 1 night instead of 2. There are about 15 hotels in close proximity to ours. I would have gladly let you leave with no "charge" for the 2nd Night. Instead you elected to stay a 2nd night and post a Bash review that helps no one. Most Guest are very happy with there stay here. If there is a problem we will do all we can to correct it.

Decent budget-priced motel. Grounds were nice. Rooms could use updated decor, perhaps. AC in one room was a bit underpowered. Overall it was enjoyable and good value for the $. Pics are from motel grounds.

You get what you pay for, sometimes a little more

Pros: Staff-seemed to be interested and engaged with guests.Grounds were very well maintained, as well as lobby areas.Free pass for a very nice L.A. Fitness
Cons: Towels could always be bigger and softer, bed firmer, like most places. Room fridge bad, no freezer, badly placed.Furniture needs upgrade.
Location: About as centrally located in Naples- Bonita Springs area as possible.4 miles to closest beach with parking,jammed on a Thursday P.M. in off season.
5 day business leisure stay. Booked because of incredibly low Expedia price,so I tried to have no expectations.I was told I was two weeks early for the start of the "season",keep in mind.Older motel, very well located, very quiet.Breakfast (OK) served poolside under gazebo (very nice).I was up early and back late,worked out well for me. I would think that a car is a must.
