Nice Stay

Cons: the continental breakfast
The beds were very comfortable. Since I reserved 2 rooms, we were placed in side by side rooms on the bottom floor. Check in was great. The breakfast was a little lacking so we went to a near by iHop. Very good location. Would definitely stay there again.

Disappointing stay at Courtyard Inn in Naples - Mi

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Clean the cockroaches Fix the bathtub drain Fix the hair dryer
I booked this online for two days over the Thanksgiving holiday. First, the front desk had no record of our reservation - it took half an hour to check in. There was a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. The hairdryer did not work. AC unit was very noisy. Bathtub had some kind of brown dirt strewn around it when we first viewed it, then stopped up when we actually used it. The second day - the bathtub backed up and there was a sewer smell. We could hear the other hotel occupants through the a/c vents. Continental breakfast was very average - bad coffee; only good thing - bagels and cream cheese. To summarize - it WAS NOT A GOOD STAY - disappointing. We would never stay there again and do not recommend the place. We wanted to have a nice two day vacation but this place was just awful. Decent budget-priced motel. Grounds were nice. Rooms could use updated decor, perhaps. AC in one room was a bit underpowered. Overall it was enjoyable and good value for the $. Pics are from motel grounds.

You get what you pay for, sometimes a little more

Pros: Staff-seemed to be interested and engaged with guests.Grounds were very well maintained, as well as lobby areas.Free pass for a very nice L.A. Fitness
Cons: Towels could always be bigger and softer, bed firmer, like most places. Room fridge bad, no freezer, badly placed.Furniture needs upgrade.
Location: About as centrally located in Naples- Bonita Springs area as possible.4 miles to closest beach with parking,jammed on a Thursday P.M. in off season.
5 day business leisure stay. Booked because of incredibly low Expedia price,so I tried to have no expectations.I was told I was two weeks early for the start of the "season",keep in mind.Older motel, very well located, very quiet.Breakfast (OK) served poolside under gazebo (very nice).I was up early and back late,worked out well for me. I would think that a car is a must.

Nearly lowest level

Pros: Location and the responses of the staff. I did not like this hotel at all and wish I had gone somewhere else.
Cons: There were no blankets in the room - we had to request them. No iron, had to request that. Old school keys - didn't feel safe. Noisy-could hear the traffic on the street. Old hotel

Interesting place

I was in the area for meetings at another venu, so I didn't take advantage of the amenities at the facility. The room had missing light bulbs, old bathroom, and furniture didn't fit together (the only chair was a wicker chair which didn't fit up to any table and was rather uncomfortable). I tried to call the front desk a couple times in the early morning before my meetings started, and no answer. When I went to leave the keys upon leaving, the hotel desk was locked. No one there. I ended up just leaving the key in the room.

Sorry to hear you where not entirely happy with your stay. If you would have made the front desk aware we would have tried to remedy the situation with another room or refund. We also have staff that can change out your light bulb.

Tolles Hotel, schöner Pool, freundliche Mitarbeiter, Frühstück draußen. Super Lage. Frühstück könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein aber ansonsten Top.

Been to worse hotels, but this one isn'tfar behind

The front desk clerk was nice and helpful when we first checked in. The room seemed clean upon first entering. Later on I found a tissue behind the tv cabinet. Tv had very limited channels, but there was one on things to do in Naples. Clock radio was not on. I had requested plenty of soaps and shampoos. There were a few in the room when we first arrived, but didnt get any more the other days. There was not enough towels and washcloths. Bed was clean and comfortable. Pillows were ok. No hand held shower head. That would have been a plus. Pool looked nice, but was too chilly for swimming. Breakfast was ok, had cereal, oj, and coffee. Not enough lighting in the back parking lot at night. So overall experience was not good enough for me to recommend to a friend.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Most of your issues could have been resolved with a call to the front desk. I remember you where particularly disappointed about us not having a "Hand held shower Head"

Gemiddeld hotel met mooi zwembad.

De hotelkamer is netjes, mooi opgemaakte bedden en een nette wastafel. De wcpot zat los in onze kamer en dat zorgde voor een wiebelwc. Lekker zwembad met genoeg zitjes. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Heel karig ontbijt, broodje met jam of pindakaas en cornflakes met melk..
