I liked this hotel very clean and quiet

My son has a Soccer Tournament and after each game all we wanted was to relax and this was the perfect place. It was quiet, clean, and staff was great. We used the BBQ and the fireplace to make Smores. Kids had a great time and there is beach close by. Definitely would recommend it to anyone.

Great experience. Enjoyed our 5 days stay with my family . Staff very friendly and so was the hotel manager . They gave us a bigger room so we would feel comfortable during our stay. Answer all our questions. Breakfast is very good.We will be back!

Well there's wasn't a room ready when arrived at 3 pm for check in. Once room was available we were called at around 4:15. The room was ok. Then asked to have a late check out so I could change my son before heading home. They said yes. So we go to get into the hotel and our keys stopped working( so no late check out) - the only two positives we received a discount on our room, and breakfast.

Be careful and Informed

I was not pleased or notified while checking in that my debit card would be charged an additional fee. I made the reservation from Hotels.com and can find no where that this is their policy. Residence Inn was unsympathetic, although no sign is posted anywhere that this is the hotel policy. Spoke to manager but was told this is standard practice. The hotel was nice but not for me to be a repeat customer. Back to the Doubletree n Naples.
