Very disappointing for the price. The entire hotel smelled horrible with their air freshener being pumped throughout the hotel. The lighting in the room was dark. The bathroom lighting was horrible. No water in the fridge. Would not stay there again.

It was my first time at the hotel and I was impressed with the size of the room, the cleanliness and the excellent service. It will be my hotel of choice every time I come to Naples.

I have never experienced such bad customer service as I did staying here for 4 nights. Housekeeping never came and cleaned our room. When I called and asked why our room wasn’t cleaned and towels weren’t replenished, the front desk was rude about and each time had some lame excuse. Every day I had to go and ask front desk for clean towels. Pool is not very safe, some random person just jumped over fence and was sitting in pool area smoking. To top it off the last day were there the breakfast lady yelled at my 10 year old son because apparently he spilled a little waffle batter on the floor. Overall very dissatisfied with my stay. At $200 dollars a night this hotel needs to work on customer service satisfaction.

It was my first time staying with Springhill Suites, as I usually stay at The Hampton Inn. It was a great experience and i will definitely stay there again!

The property was nice; however, my room had a roach in it. The back entrance door by the pool didn't close all the way, which was a safety concern. The front desk agent was kind of rude at first but then changed his attitude later on. Overall, it was okay for an one night stay.

Although the areas and rooms where all average in general one of the person in our party was sexually harassed by one of the guest. Keep in mind the person that was harassed was an older person. I understand this has nothing to do with the establishment but they should have someone like a lifeguard in the pool for instances like this or just in general for safety.

The property was nice, the rooms were clean, hallways smelled great. But the staff? There was not one person that I spoke to that was polite. Every time i went to speak to someone or called the front, I got an attitude or felt like our conversation was rushed when I was the only one in the lobby.

my next stay may be with other than hotels.com..
the stay was fine but when I checked in I ask why I was charged an extra $30 to be able to get a full refund if I had to cancel but when I checked it a week out it showed the same room for $30 less and fully refundable and they said I would have to talk to you ( hotels.com ) so why did I have to pay the extra money to you? I also was asked for my credit card even though the room was already paid and I check my card and they charged me another $20 for no reason why!!

Staff was very helpful and accommodating for early arrival and late checkout! Front desk interactions were great! Beds were not as comfortable as I’d hoped. Overall it was a great experience and I’d stay there again!

The property had all the a mentities Ive come to expect in a hotel. But the staff at the front desk were so helpful, the girls in the dining room so quick to help or clean a table if someone left a scrap of paper. Employees smiled and greeted guests and each other. The hotel is clearly managed well and I enjoyed my stay.

The rooms were disappointing. The table lamp didn't work and the room was not clean when I arrived, although that was quickly taken care of. The staff was very helpful. Also, the shower was a mess. Most of the controls were very hard to turn off and on. The shower head flow was very weak and it couldn't be adjusted. This was a handicapped accessible room but I have no idea how, if someone was handicapped, they'd ever be able to use the shower.

Hotel was clean, fresh looking. Breakfast was OK. Main concern was fitted sheet on mattress.......didn't fit....kept coming off. Advised front desk. Didn't fix it. Liquid soap dispenser fell off wall. Advised front desk. Didn't fix it. Was disappointed in failure to follow up after complaint.
