Perfectly located. Walkable to everything that makes your holiday fun: shopping, dining, places of interest; 15mins walk from train station. Safe even in the evenings especially if traveling solo. Staff were super!! Room was simple and nice.

Great charming hotel in Narbonne!
Amazing hotel in Narbonne. Clean, charming and the breakfast is delicious and worth doing each morning in the hotel. Staff are very helpful and customer oriented. Overall I highly recommend this hotel!

We had a terrific overnight at Hotel La Residence! This is a well located, comfortable hotel in Narbonne, where we spent an overnight. We will return when we’re in the area next.

Beautiful building, close to the river and the old city, very walkable and many food choices. Only spent one night and it was on a holiday so most places were closed. Spent time at a cafe located on an overview of the river which was delightful. Room overlooked a driveway but then onto higher building around. My room was perfect for just one night (ground floor) but would ask for higher floor room if I stayed longer.

Beautiful classic town house near the river Aude, only a few minutes walk from the Cathedral and Archbishops' palace. Restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping surround the historic tiwn center. Hotel staff (Anais) winderful. Beautiful, spacious rooms (ask for the cathedral view). Outstanding!

Easy 10 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes from town centre. The room was quite small but comfortable. The lady on reception was very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend.

I would stay again
Hotel is very nice and bathrooms are done up recently so it looks very nice. Room is big and breakfast is nice. As for Narbonne itself I didn’t like it but the hotel was the nicest thing in Narbonne

A bit loud and expensive for me!
Nice old hotel. But you can hear everything outside your room, reception, shower upstairs, breakfast service being set up. Hotel looks great, rooms OK, staff great. The price is a bit expensive, and the breakfast is VERY expensive. Just think 25 euros for coffee, juice and bread for 2 people is stupid!

Most of our customers are really satisfied with our breakfast, because we offer a lot, local and organic items on breakfast. You could have chosen the "Pause Café at 7€ " , which would have suit better to your appetize and your budget. Kind regards, the Team

This was a hotel in the centre of town but surprisingly quiet, we slept with the window wide open all night. The only noise came from other guests. The wall between our room and the one next door meant we could hear the shower but by the time it was being used we were up and awake so it wasn’t an issue.

Impressive fin-de-siècle building in the historic centre with lovely reception rooms and free tea and coffee in the lounge. Our room was pleasant, again red and white, with shuttered windows overlooking the street. The effect was let down by a cracked wash-basin and an eerie noise from time to time (including during the night) which presumably came from the pipes. The staff were very friendly and were happy to speak to us in simple French.

Good location for Narbonne
The hotel was in a good location to access Narbonne. It had high ceilings the doors were difficult to shut and kept banging into the TV in the room and the toilet was separate to the bathroom. We didn't eat there but overall it no complaints. I only stayed on night

Best Hotel in Narbonne
This is a wonderful hotel that has a pleasant atmosphere and staff. Everyone is kind and helpful. The breakfast was in the lovely dining rooms and provided yummy breakfast delights. Our room had a very comfortable bed, linens, and furnishings as well as the bathroom. We plan on making this our No. 1 hotel each time we return to Narbonne. Plus, centrally located to all of the sightseeing sights!

I stayed one night in Narbonne for business. The hotel is a nice, clean boutique type of hotel not far from the center of the main promenade. The rooms are not so large but clean and in generally good condition.

This is a little jewel. We had the room pictured above the entry door (#17) with french doors that opened to the balcony. Nothing fussy, spacious, worth every penny, great staff. The town of Narbonne was wonderful to explore and this hotel is the place to hang your hat.

Friendly, helpful owners who did everything. Great breakfast at a reasonable price. Its a pity the weather wasn't good enough to be able to have breakfast in the garden which was lovely.
