Nothing really bad about this placePosted Jul 10, 2015
Clean room with mostly everything except microwave. Little far from airport but I stayed at a closer hotel not near as nice as Radisson! Also a bit more to see and places to go, unlike closer hotels. Would stay again for sure

Stingy and too far from airportPosted Jun 29, 2015
Cons: modernizing, later running shuttle bus
Shuttle bus only ran till 10 05pm flight came in late and had to take a taxi for approx $37 to hotel.Room was old and had very few amenities, no toothbrushes, very small room space for two beds and had a stale smell from old carpet. The hotel could use some modernizing and is only worth going there if with free shuttle or cheaper night.

Final days in JapanPosted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: Ambiance, food, location
Cons: No areas were deficient
Location: Near the Narita airport, hence our chose
After 2 weeks in a variety of hotels throughout Japan, we stayed at the Radisson near the Narita airport. It provided a lovely environment to relax, reflect on our trip, and enjoy the ambiance of a Japanese hotel, with the amenities, and language skills, of a typical American hotel. Great food at buffet, nice room, very pleasant.

Fantastic hotel close to Narita airportPosted May 21, 2015
We had a brilliant stay at the Radisson Hotel Narita. The hotel shuttle was complimentary and easily found from Terminal 2. We were travelling with a newborn and staff were so helpful with all our luggage. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and had everything we wanted for an overnight stay. Facilities at the hotel are amazing if needed (pools, sauna, gym etc) We had a lovely and reasonable priced meal at the sportsbar. The Delta flight crew stay at this hotel and were great company at dinner. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great stop over after a long flightPosted May 11, 2015
Pros: Shuttle bus was great as well as room size!
Location: The Shinsho-ji temple was wonderful and the gardens beautiful.
The shuttle bus to and from the airport, and to and from downtown Narita/ the Aeon Mall was great. I was only there for 1 night and then was meeting people at the airport to go stay in Tokyo. The room was very spacious in the tower (pretty close to if not "American" sized room). Free wifi. I am a female graduate student that needed a last minute hotel and luckily this had a room open. I felt very safe the whole time.
