Convenient, comfortable stay near airport

Posted Aug 6, 2017
Pros: Nice amenities for comfortable stay
Cons: Easier check in process
Location: Located in beautiful farming area. Buddhist shrine nearby.
Nice buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. Two pools (indoor and outdoor) and fairly comfortable rooms (think Comfort Inn in U.S.) with usual amenities like refrigerator, hot water maker and iron. Easy free Wi-Fi in room. Check in was a bit crazy for us as we were booking 2 rooms for large family--it was botched initially, but quickly straightened out. Friendly staff. Hotel is located about 80 min from Tokyo so overall recommend staying here one or two days, after an overseas flight into Tokyo area--free shuttle from airport to hotel and vice versa.

Good hotel in a quiet place.

We've stayed at Radisson several times and have enjoyed it. The breakfast isn't cheap but it's very good and worth it. Overall, nice clean room and a pretty location and pretty grounds. Definitely would recommend it.

Very helpful staff

Posted Jul 29, 2017
This hotel was comfortable and the airport shuttle extra helpful. Staff were thoughtful as was the hotel info. The breakfast looked good but ordering system was confusing. Extras like the poolside BBQ and evening entertainment and gift shop also made the stay really enjoyable and easy for a short stopover. I'm afraid I wasn't impressed with the indoor pool. Poorly lit and over heated with not very good ventilation and guests smoking while observing their kids... but this is a small thing and the outdoor pool, while closed, looked stunning. on the whole great service.

Hotel is OK for one night. Room is the kind of small though. Breakfast expensive considering what they offer

Close to airport

Posted Jul 13, 2017
Shuttle bus took 20-25 minutes to/from Narita airport. JR bus to/from Tokyo station directly from the hotel was a big convenience. Clean rooms and helpful staff.

Classic venue appears to have upgraded

Posted Jul 6, 2017
Pros: It houses lots of pilots and flight attendants; there is a free airport shuttle; the beds are very comfortable and the site is amazingly quiet.
Cons: Better bread products at breakfast. But that's not much.
Location: The airport is about 25 minutes away by the free shuttle. There is also a shuttle to a mall and to local tourist sites.
Just had my second visit to this hotel, and it appears to have upgraded over the last year (2016-17). I was upgraded as a result of my second visit; my room was big and very comfortable; my upgrade included the breakfast buffet; the front desk staff was much more proactive and friendly; there now appear to be more shuttles available to guests. And all this for 10,000 yen (which will increase during the August holidays). I plan to return when I leave Japan; maybe just to use the pool and go to some local tourists sites.

Needed a nice hotel to overnight in at Narita.

Posted Jul 2, 2017
Excellent choice for a short stay near Tokyo's main airport. This hotel is a bit further away from Narita Airport than you might expect, but the ride out, even after a long plane trip, is definitely worth it. There's a free shuttle service from Narita to the hotel and the staff couldn't be more understanding, accommodating and helpful. Most importantly, these are spacious, US-style hotel rooms, well designed and attractively furnished with plenty of power outlets, a fast wifi connection, a full-sized bathroom, and all the usual amenities US travellers expect, but so rarely get, in Japan.

Good hotel near Narita

Posted Jun 26, 2017
Pros: Location, Shuttle bus
Cons: rooms are little tired and outdated but clean and comfy..
Location: near the city train station, there's Naritasan Temple, 1000 year old buddist temple. a must see, walking distance..
Very close to the airport but quiet and pleasant hotel to stay. We stayed as a family and there's a heated swimming pool for children and a small gym. decent restaurant for breakast/lunch/dinner.. The best thing is the free hotel shuttle bus to/from the airport. mostly on time. it also has free shuttle bus to Narita town, and you can go and visit the Naritasan temple from the train station. we spend a whole afternoon exploring the 1000 year old temple and around.. Hotel restaurant sometimes offers discount buffet for the guests.. very friendly staff and very large room compared to the hotels in Tokyo city.. I will definitely come back.. Thank you Radisson Narita.
