Old and Out-dated

Posted May 10, 2016
Pros: The parking was close to the door of the entrance to the hotel. They have a small breakfast area where you can eat breakfast in the morning.
Cons: New paint, new carpet, new bedspreads, new mattresses. Build a lobby area.
Location: It is close to other hotels. If you want to go to a restaurant or store, you have to drive there. Nothing is in walking distance.
The general feeling of the hotel is that it is old and out-dated. The "lobby" is the check-in/out desk. Upon entering my room, I first noticed the old carpet and paint. I had a room with a king-size bed. It also had a recliner, a TV, a desk and chair, and 2 night stands. It looked very small and cluttered. The air conditioner did not cool the room sufficiently. The bedspread was old and had stains on it.There were hairs on the bathroom floor and a very long hair in the sink. The hotel is so old that the doors have chain locks on them. The absolute worst thing about the room was the bed. It sank all the way down in several places. I am thankful that I only had to spend one night at this hotel.

Bed Bugs

Posted May 9, 2016
Didn't stay! Once I got there I checked the room and there were bed bugs in the crevice of the mattress! Still got charged for the room and the manager refused to talk to me! Worst hotel ever!

The guy at check in was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The guy at the desk the next morning was trying to keep the breakfast stocked with little success. Hire some help for that! Not a reason to be upset with them! Marvelous stay. Thank you!

Decent Motel close to where I needed to be

Posted Feb 10, 2016
Motel was older however it was clean and safe, Was in Franklin for the Tennessee State Championship. The Wi-Fi was pretty good. Liked the indoor entry a lot. There was a few repairs that needed to be done nothing major. Over all I was comfortable staying. The bed was fine and the pillows were good
