Staff was friendly, clean facility. Sign in dining room for breakfast stated 7-10, but staff said it was untill 9:30. When ee went down for breakfast there was hardly any food, we went down at 9:10 am. Also the toasters weren't working. Also when we arrived our rooms were not ready and the wrong room was given with a cot, not impressed. The hydro keep going out on us. I wouldn't really recommend the hotel unless you were desperate to stay somewhere cheap and don't care about what type of hotel youstay in. I won't be staying there again. Hampton Inn would be a better hotel to stay at.

Rooms on avid side are small and don’t come with carpet or microwaves and room wasn’t the cleanest and the water pressure in shower was poor.

The front desk stuff was not competent at all. He charged my card twice for $50 deposit. Even though I showed him that my card was charged already, he insisted that I have to run my card again. Now, there is two charges on my card (total $100) and I have wait for it to clear; if not, I have to call the hotel manger.

Staff was excellent; from check-in to bartender, to morning staff at restaurant. Other than sounds from upstairs from what sounded like kids running up and down the hall, it was a comfortable night sleep for our family of 4, on a very long road trip.
