The room was dirty, not clean and hair from others every where. No parking in the back- expected to walk from the front to the back and climb stairs vs elevators. Service was horrible, Manager MACK was hollering with a lot of attitude with guest, myself and others that did not want to stay at this NASTY hotel and request money back. They refused to refund my money. However, we are not staying in a nasty hotel, limited customer accommodations, and HORRIBLE customer service. Never again!!!!!!

The staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of room; however, the heater was broken and blew out cold air all night. The bathroom needs some work...wobbly toilet and a weird shower curtain that droops down. There were several people outside of their room smoking. It seems as though a few people were even living there. Certain things can be overlooked if it's a cheap hotel, but for the price, this place needs to make some improvements.
