Cons: Cable channels not working. Of course it was the channel that had my game on
I think it's going thru a renovation? It really needs one. Front desk lady very friendly and funny.

Pros: Convenient to I-65. Very clean. Good bed. Nice people at check in and check out.
Cons: They put us in a handicap room although neither of us are handicapped. No tub, just a walk in shower. Tiny sink area, but good lighting over the sink. Also, every hotel needs a center light in the room and this room was typical with no overhead lighting. It also needed two chairs for the table.
Location: The location is just fine and is easy access to I-65, & also Hwy 96 if you're going into Franklin, TN. Good fast food places nearby.

Convenient location to Franklyn.

Pros: Friendly helpful personnel who tried promptly to fix the TV problem.
Everything was great except the TV did not work. Thursday night it was only FOX channel problems. Sat AM the remote stopped working..(Personnel replaced the battery.) and there was still a channel problem with FOX.

Nice stay

Location: Close to everything. Located in a great place.
The room was clean, neat. Beds comfortable. Showers were excellent! Not noisy.

Renovation - good!

Breakfast was standard. Lobby renovation underway - good! Room carpet needs deep clean and stain removal - wear socks! Staff helpful and friendly

Do not stay here!

Pros: Location
Cons: The breakfast: there were grounds in the coffee, the hot water was cold and the yogurt was frozen.
The hotel is under construction. I did not know this when I made the reservation. Actually I thought I was staying somewhere else but a travel site misrepresented the hotel. Also, the cover was missing from the AC vent.

Our motel is a exterior poperty. We are sorry if there was any misunderstandings. Our breakfast attend works hard to make sure that our guests are give the best complimentary breakfast we can provide. We ask all guest address the issue with us so we can make sure to address them be it by brewng another pot of coffee, make sure we have hot water for tea..etc We thank you for being a valued guest.

nice family run hotel

Pros: friendly staff
Cons: more variety in the hot breakfast (sausage and eggs were served every day) bacon, etc. on a rotation, especially for more than one night
Location: We were there for a conference, but did enjoy the places to eat nearby- Chop House, Pei Wei, Tazikis, and the downtown Franklin area
Enjoyed our stay, the family had just taken over the motel and were very sweet and accommodating. While there was a hot breakfast, it was the same thing every day, and we opted to go to the Cracker Barrel next door on the 3rd day. The young girl working the breakfast was watchful for the things that ran out. Our room was nice and typical for a mid priced motel. Furnishings were modern and up to date. (all white beds with the band of upholstery material on the bottom)

Great stay.

Pros: Quiet, clean
Location: Just passing through.
Nice, quiet hotel. Friendly staff. Good value for the price. Fast, efficient service and clean, spacious room. Not sure why there weren't many people staying there. The other hotels in the area were packed.
