This app is terrible when I got to the hotel they said I didn't even have a reservation my reservation was made weeks in advance prior to going to this hotel. I got to the hotel at 11:00 p.m. at night so then I had to go and make a new reservation through the hotel then they looked up my name and they said that I had a hotel reservation there for a month later when doesn't even make any sense I'm not from the area and never plan on going back there don't understand

They are renovating all the rooms and we received a newly renovated room and it is very nice. The only problem was that they had a false alarm and the firefighters were here. Luckily we were out having dinner.

I was unaware the check in age is 21 and found out after the hotel front desk person called to tell me just before midnight and due to the reservation was unable to get a refund.

Had to change rooms because the sink faucet didn't work. Fridg in the second room didn't work. Opened the door and it stunk. Had to change it out. Hair on the bathroom floor. The coffee supplied in the room was terrible. The staff was friendly and receptive to our complaints.

Desk clerk was friendly and the service was efficient. Unfortunately the lobby freaked of marijuana and the elevator as well. Not a great first impression. I had children with me and really was not happy that we walked into a lobby that had marijuana.

Just 2 nights. Comfort Inn Brentwood TN. Room 425 could not pull blackout curtain shut. Right side not attached to closing rod so curtain sagged. Otherwise things were fine.

Overall very good. Room we had for 2 nights on 1st floor was updated and very comfortable; had a great nights sleep. We had to add a 3rd night last minute which we were on the 2nd floor. Rooms were ok, clean but not as updated; one of the mattresses on the queen bed was in desperate need of replacement Overall great stay and will return for future stays. Convenient area to restaurants, highway and shopping in a nice area.

The staff was professional and friendly. The property was clean and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants and businesses nearby if uku need them. The property is close but not too close to the highway system, and it was relatively quiet in the neighborhood.

The first shift front desk lady remembered that I mentioned the second morning I was there that I hadn't drank enough water the day before. As a nice personal touch, each day after that, she reminded me to remember to drink my water during the day. I also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.
