Hotel was clean, and staff was very nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was sparkling. Shower worked well with easy to adjust water temperature. Breakfast was quite good.

Close to interstate

Pros: Location, cleanliness, breakfast
Cons: Key card did not work the first three times we tried. Had to get maintenance guy to re-set the code.
Location: Very close to airport and Opryland.
Great breakfast! Clean and updated. Close to all Nashville attractions. Close to interstate.

Nice hotel, close to airport

We had an excellent stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very close to the airport and the hotel had a free shuttle service.

Solid choice

Pros: Nice staff. Wifi was good. Swimming pool. Convenient location.
Location: This is a hotel area. There's a Walgreen close by.
We had a chess tournament at Gaylord Opryland Resort but couldn't find a cheap hotel close by, so I picked this hotel. It was very easy to get onto Highway 40 then 155 North so our drive to Gaylord was under 15 minutes. An above average continental breakfast was included. Staff were always friendly. Wifi was strong and effortless. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Gym was good enough. We swam a couple of times in the relatively small swimming pool, where water was clean. All in all a very practical choice in the airport area.

Cons: night light near bathroom
Location: close to highway and airport
stayed overnight and left car for week. used motel shuttle to/from airport

Everything was very good including staff

Pros: Clean rooms, Breakfast, shuttle
Cons: televisions are too small. Pool area is too small and squeezed onto the side of the hotel. Not very sunny or relaxing.
Location: Location is ok, with the shuttle service available to airport.
The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. Stayed four nights and enjoyed the hotel.

Close to airport

We only spent one night here and wanted to be close to the airport. It was a lovely hotel-our room was clean, spacious and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was very nice with many food options available. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. When we requested a shuttle to the airport it was there in less than 5 minutes. we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay

We stayed at the Best Western for 4 nights to attend a conference in Nashville. The hotel is conveniently located to the airport and an easy drive into Nashville. The room was clean and spacious, staff very welcoming and an overall excellent value for the money.

Nice, clean hotel

Arrived one hour before check in time and was promptly given a room, no problem. Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again.
